Bounty Coconut Bites
On the weekend I had a bit of a sweet tooth and was in the mood for some chocolate, so my wife Katia decided to make us some Bounty Coconut Bites.
The recipe to make these delicious treats is below and it makes 25 balls/bites.
Recipe:
- Shredded Coconut (200g)
- Coconut Milk (180ml)
- Coconut Oil (80g)
- Dark Chocolate (200g)
Directions:
- Place all the dry ingredients (except dark chocolate) into a bowl and mix into 25 small balls.
- Melt dark chocolate on the stove and when ready take off the stove.
- Place the ball on a BBQ stick and roll over the dark chocolate until covered
- Place balls on a plate and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
