El Pasticho:
El pastitsio, pastichio, pastizio o pasticcio resulta ser un plato de origen Griego /Italiano, en algunos países es conocido como Lazaña Básicamente es pasta al horno, acompañada de carne, jamón, tocineta, queso y cualquier otro ingrediente que le quieras añadir pero el toque especial se lo da la Salsa Bechamel.
Desde muy pequeña solían prepararlo en casa, por lo que se convirtió en uno de mis platos favoritos, no se porque razón siempre quería más, y lo mejor de todo, es cuando lo dejamos refrigerado y luego comemos "recalentado".
La Pizza:
Esta preparación culinaria que consiste en un pan plano mayormente circular, y que va acompañado de pasta de tomate y otros ingredientes que hacen que su sabor sea único e inigualable, tiene sus orígenes en Italia.
Esta deliciosa preparación, es simplemente asociada a salidas con amigos y compartir con la familia, pues no faltaba ninguna celebraciones la cual no estuviera presente esta divinidad.
La Hamburguesa :
Es un sándwich a base de carne molida o en dado caso origen vegetal. Se le pueden añadir cuantos ingredientes creamos convenientes, aun así no pueden faltar todas las salsas que le dan un toque único. Sus orígenes nos llevan a visitar Alemania y E.E.U.U..
En este caso, simplemente se convirtió en mi comida preferida, nunca dejo de sorprenderme con las combinaciones que se puede realizar partiendo de la base, una hamburguesa simple, preparar este tipo de comida es hacer arte.
