What I eat in a week

I am mostly a pescatarian(someone who eats fish and vegetables) and eat 80% time clean diet. I also try my best to avoid sugar other than added sugar from things I consume. If not, I limit my sugar consumption to 26-35gr/day. However, my diet often changes from time to time. These days, these are something I eat weekly and rigidly.

Since energy drink has more than 26gr sugar/can, what I do to minimize it is that per can, I drink for 2 days. So I don't drink a can right away. I also only eat digestive cookies because they have lesser sugar and lesser calories. If I want to drink sugar, I replace white sugar with palm sugar. I also don't drink my tea with any sugar. Also, since I started consuming energy drink, I barely drink coffee because my caffeine intake has been supplied from it.
I also do intermittent fasting which helps me eat 2 times a day with a snack on the side before my feeding period stops. Lately, I love almonds and I eat exactly 10 of them daily.
Sure, sometimes I am not following these diet because I want to try new food. Like last week after I finished my paper, I ordered roast pork and felt horrible the next 2 days. I don't know what is it with me and eating roasted pork but after eating them, I feel bloated and sick. So, I am going to keep in mind to not eat them for dinner and only eat them during lunch. But roughly, that's what I eat during the week from the last few months now.
