Llena de expectativas lo primero que hice fue indagar sobre cómo hacer los post, consulte a los usuarios que me dieron a conocer la plataforma y ya sabian como trabajar en ella, todos me ayudaron mucho.
Así transcurrio el tiempo hasta llegar HIVE, donde he posperado mucho y me siento más incentivada. He conocido gente maravillosa que considero mis amigos, algunos de ellos están en la comunidad por mí recomendación, igual que en su día lo hicieron conmigo, nos apoyamos mutuamente, enalteciendo el valor de la solidaridad.
Con base en las impresiones antes mencionadas, doy respuesta a las preguntas formuladas
When I discovered the platform, before registering, I did a little research on it, it was something totally new to me. I decided to take the challenge and signed up.
Full of expectations, the first thing I did was inquire about how to make the posts, consult the users who introduced me to the platform and already knew how to work on it, they all helped me a lot.
That is how the time passed until I arrived at HIVE, where I have postponed a lot and feel more encouraged. I have met wonderful people that I consider my friends, some of them are in the community on my recommendation, just as they once did with me, we support each other, praising the value of solidarity.
Based on the aforementioned impressions, I answer the questions asked.
1.- ¿Qué mejoras le harías a Hive?
b.- Como subir nuestros videos en D-tube. El uso de D-tube al principio me llenó de muchas inquietudes y dejé de participar en concursos por no tener claro su uso.
c.- Tener más claro el tema del voto, me sucede con frecuencia que con mi mejor intención voto por un post y sorprendentemente en vez de sumar resto el puntaje del usuario. A veces no doy puntos, ni siquiera cuando voto a mi favor. Pienso un mundo antes de votar, me siento fatal cuando le baja el puntaje a un usuario.
d.- La guía debería actualizarse cuando se produzcan cambios en la plataforma y así nos mantienen al día.
1.- What improvements would you make to Hive?
The Hive platform is quite friendly, however I am of the idea that at the time of registering and having created our user on the platform, it would be positive if a link existed in our profile It contains a basic guide, which we can consult whenever we have a question, even when we have a lot of time as users with the following information:
a.- How to edit our post, to guarantee well-edited presentations with a good format and quality.
b.- How to upload our videos on D-tube. The use of D-tube at the beginning filled me with many concerns and I stopped participating in contests due to not being clear about its use.
c.- Being clearer on the issue of voting, it happens to me frequently that with my best intention I vote for a post and surprisingly instead of adding the rest the user's score. Sometimes I don't give points, not even when I vote in my favor. I think a world before voting, I feel terrible when a user's score drops.
d.- The guide should be updated when changes occur in the platform and thus keep us up to date.
2.- ¿Cómo invitas a tus amigos a Hive?
Me desenvuelvo, en un círculo de profesionales integrales, en su mayoría trabajamos juntos por 20 años para la misma institución y en estos momentos disfrutamos de nuestra jubilación. Sin embargo todos desarrollábamos otras actividades, como impartir clases en instituciones universitarias o de altos estudios, otros imparten clases de yoga, son coaching, etc, todos somos muy inquietos y nos gustan los retos, así que nos intercambiamos información sobre retos nuevos y entre esa información está incluido HIVE.
Al enterarme de la existencia de Hive blockchain, como nos reunimos por lo menos una vez al mes, les conté todo sobre la red social y todos quedaron interesados y hoy día, la mayoría son miembros de HIVE.
Y en la actualidad con la cuarentena por el Covid-19, estamos más activos que nunca.

2.- How do you invite your friends to Hive?
Thanks to the new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), you can carry out your professional work remotely.
I work in a circle of comprehensive professionals, most of us working together for 20 years for the same institution and at the moment we are enjoying our retirement. However, we all developed other activities, such as teaching classes at university or higher education institutions, others teach yoga classes, they are coaching, etc., we are all very restless and we like challenges, so we exchange information about new challenges and between that Information is included HIVE.
Upon learning of the existence of Hive blockchain, as we meet at least once a month, I told them all about the social network and everyone was interested and today, most are members of HIVE.
And currently quarantined by Covid-19, we are more active than ever.

3.-¿Qué estrategia usas para invitarlos?
¿Quieres saber más?. Te tengo una noticia de cómo obtenerlas y se las enumero:
- Ahorro de tiempo y dinero en desplazamientos.
- Estas libre de estrés, con el plus de que te diviertes, aprendes y conoces personas muy interesantes.
- Trabajas en lo que más te satisface y amas.
- Compaginas la vida familiar, mientras trabajas en la plataforma.
Conclusión HIVE:
Es igual a Autoliderazgo pertenecer a HIVE te da el poder de ayudar a otros, con la información , la experiencia , el saber, y con tu ejemplo y tus consejos entregas a otros un buen entrenamiento.Todo esto lo hago a través de grupos de WhatsApp, Instagram, facebook y en reuniones familiares, con amigos o con mi grupete, donde les hablo de tema.
3.-What strategy do you use to invite them?
The word has strength! My best strategy is: economic gains, which do not fall ill at all, due to political instability, hyperinflation and the Venezuelan economic crisis.
