Newbie initiative rides have been so interesting and exciting so far. We are done with the first task and here is the second for this initiative. From the title, you can guess the write-up. I am going to explain the goals for the month of February. It's the second task assigned by the #newbie initiative team for us. Read this post to know more about the task.
So let's start,
What are your Hive personal goals for this month?
As per my personal goals are concerned I am interested to see an increased,
- Hive power to my account
- Increased number of comments
- Better formatting for my post
In the screenshot below you can see a hive power at 17. We are done with 15 days of February and 15 are left. So I would like to add 50hp to my wallet. I don't mind coming more. Yet it's the least number to be achieved by me.
For the number of comments, I wrote about 78 on this platform obvious in the screenshot.
I wanted to increase them to 200. Engagement is the key to success on any decentralized social media so I would like to increase my engagement with the writers here to increase my exposure and letting them know a blogger mahnoor is around them.
Formatting is something necessary for an attractive blog. One of my friends from another platform used to say that if you are spending 10 minutes writing a post take 20 minutes to format it. This would yield better results. As attractive things caught more attention than dull and dusted.
How do you intend to achieve them?
Without effort, nothing can be done. I am going to be more serious about my hive blog. I would be writing at least two blogs a day. Maybe three on weekends or for the days when I have excessive time. This would help me to increase my hive power and rewards.
For increasing my comments I would be interacting with quality content creators on the blockchain, upvoting, and commenting on their blogs. Appreciating the quality and encouraging them to write better. I read somewhere that "writers want readers" and when we are reading we must appreciate the write-in in the form of comments and voting.
For the purpose of better formatting, I would be using edited header images. Proper use of paragraphs, line separators, headings, and bold letters(where needed).
Explain briefly your understanding of attaining goals and keeping consistency.
Goals are actually directions. Work done in the right direction never miss destiny. Without goals, one is like a lost passenger who has missed the train and is alone at the station.
So I don't wanna be a lost traveler. Building the goals and will be working to achieve them.
As for goals and objectives, consistency is the key to success. I wouldn't be a person of words but actions. Starting to work with intentions to achieve the desired outcomes.
