Hello, Dear Hivers! | Hola, Queridos Hivers!
Did I tell you about that time I went for a coffee and I ended up singing for the employees of the shop?
Well... It was a rainy day, I think, and my mom had asked me to go with her to a birthday party of one of her students. The mother was going to pick us up, so while we waited, I had the sudden whim of trying the coffee of a new coffee shop near the Ateneo (where we were) and we went.
The place was very cozy and humble. The attention super lovely, I loved the employees so much! And the coffee... Magnificent! I ordered a Frappu-Mocca, and it's the best coffee I've tried till now. 100% recommended!
When the girl was attending us, she asked me if I wanted her to put a specific song or something, and the super proud woman I have as a mom, told her to put "manujune"... 🙈
The girl looked up the YouTube channel and along with the other emplu, and customers, started to listen several of my covers.
They liked the way I sing very much! That made me feel so great, so special!
They liked it that much, that they asked me to sing Yuridia's "Ya Te Olvidé". O barely knew the song, so I just sang the half and they recorded me haha. It felt super good 😊
It was a great experience. The owner of the shop, who has a TV programm of music, told me he was going to invite me some day to his show, and also, the next time I went to the coffee, one of the employees hugged me. That was so sweet of him. I couldn't help remembering one of those times fans climbed on stage in the concerts of super stars just to hug them. I know it was such a different context, but still. It gave me hope that I can get there someday... Not to climb on stage to hug a star, to be the star people wants to hug LOL.
Thanks For Stopping By!!
