Hola, cómo están? Espero que estén bien. En este post les comparto otro de mis recetas fáciles y rápidas para almorzar con pollo frito cubierto de cilantro, mantequilla y un toque cítrico de limón. Una receta diferente al preparar el pollo al igual que nos saca de apuros.

INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES

• Muslos de pollo/ Chicken thighs
• Mantequilla/ Butter
• Cilantro
• Limón/ Lemon
• Salsa inglesa/ Worcestershire sauce
• Ajo/ Garlic
• Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO

Para empezar, prepararemos los muslos de pollo dandole sabor con pimienta negra y sal al gusto.

No nos olvidemos de salsas inglesa.

To start, we'll prepare the chicken thighs, seasoning them with black pepper and salt to taste.
Let's not forget the Worcestershire sauce.

Por otro lado, haremos la mezcla al pollo en un bowl colocaremos 4 cdas de mantequilla y ajo picado.

On the other hand, we will make the chicken mixture in a bowl, we will add 4 tbsp of butter and chopped garlic.

Seguimos incorporando el cilantro y unas gotas de limón al gusto.

We continue adding the cilantro and a few drops of lemon to taste.

Luego le daremos una pizca de pimienta negra y mezclamos bien incorporando todos los ingredientes hasta quedar una mezcla.

Then we will add a pinch of black pepper and mix well, incorporating all the ingredients until a mixture is obtained.

Tendiendo la mezcla lista, cubriremos poco a poco al pollo.

Once the mixture is ready, we will gradually cover the chicken.

Para terminar, tendiendo el pollo listo cubierto con la mezcla por fin lo colocaremos en un sartén con suficiente aceite hasta que queden crujientes y dorados por los dos lados.

Finally, we'll place the finished chicken coated in the mixture in a pan with enough oil until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
