Greetings community I hope you are having a good time in your quarantine, here I bring you a recipe about a type of fried rice or Chinese rice with a little but powerful twist, this preparation is extremely simple and has few ingredients even so, the dish that is formed by combining them it is very tasty.
Por lo general cuando se hace este tipo de arroz es en grandes cantidades, sin embargo me limite a preparar solo dos porciones para mi y mi novia.
Usually when this type of rice is made it is in large quantities, however I limited myself to preparing only two servings for me and my girlfriend.
Para los ingredientes necesitaremos:
200 gramos de carne en trozos (100 gramos por persona)
100 gramos de Tocino Ahumado (50 gramos por persona)
1 taza de arroz blanco cocido y sin sal
½ Cebolla picada en cubos
½ taza de cebollín o cebolla de verdeo
1 diente de ajo
1 cucharadita de jengibre picado
2 huevos
salsa de soya ligera
salsa de soya oscura
aceite de sésamo
sal y pimienta
For the ingredients we will need:
200 grams of meat in pieces (100 grams per person)
100 grams of Smoked Bacon (50 grams per person)
1 cup cooked and unsalted white rice
½ onion, diced
½ cup chives or green onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 eggs
light soy sauce
dark soy sauce
Sesame oil
salt and pepper
(Adicionalmente se agrega brotes de soya pero, como no tenía los omiti)
(Additionally, soy sprouts are added but,I don't have it so I omitted them)
"You have to chop all our ingredients and reserve, since in this recipe each one is cooked separately and then they come together, forming a wonderful dish."
Pasos:
1)Tomamos nuestros huevos y los batimos con fuerza, calentamos una sartén a fuego medio, agregamos aceite y preparamos una especie de “huevos revueltos” y reservamos.
1)We take our eggs and beat them vigorously, heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil and prepare a kind of "scrambled eggs" and reserve.
2 ) Doramos el tocino hasta que esté crocante y reservamos.
2)Cook the bacon until crispy and reserve.
3)En el aceite del tocino sellamos nuestra carne y reservamos.
3)In the bacon oil we seal our meat and reserve.
4)Doramos nuestra cebolla, ajo y jengibre para hacer una especie de sofrito.
4)We cook our onion, garlic and ginger to make a kind of “sofrito”.
5)En una olla o sartén más grande agregamos un chorro de aceite de sésamo e incorporamos el tocino, la carne y el sofrito, cocinamos por 5 minutos.
5)In a larger pot or frying pan add a stream of sesame oil and add the bacon, meat and the “sofrito”, cook for 5 minutes.
6)Agregamos el arroz cocido sin sal y revolvemos.
6)Add the cooked rice without salt and stir
7)Agregamos unas 4 cucharadas de salsa de soya ligera y revolvemos.
7)Add about 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce and stir.
8)Se añaden unas gotas de salsa de soya oscura teniendo en cuenta que es bastante fuerte de color y sabor, agregamos el cebollin picado y el huevo revuelto, mezclamos todo bien y cocinamos por 3 minutos adicionales.
8)Add a few drops of dark soy sauce considering that it is quite strong in color and flavor, add the chopped chives and the scrambled egg, mix everything well and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Por último corroboramos el sabor, agregamos sal y pimienta de ser necesario y listo tenemos nuestro arroz frito listo para comer.
