Decidí unirme a la dinámica organizada por @votovzla y @theycallmedan, porque soy un usuario que apenas está aprendiendo a caminar en este mundo de las blockchains. Creo que mi experiencia puede servir de retroalimentación para que se efectúen acciones que puedan ayudar a los usuarios nuevos que se integren a esta gran familia con mayor facilidad.
Hello Hive community !, I hope you are the best and have had a great start to the week. I decided to join the dynamic organized by @votovzla and @theycallmedan, because I am a user who is just learning to walk in this world of blockchains. I think my experience can serve as feedback so that actions can be taken to help new users integrate into this great family more easily.
Les platico, llegué a Hive gracias a la plática y recomendación de mi amigo @ritch. Me platicaba que existía una red social que funcionaba como blog, en la cual podía compartir cosas de mi interés y que a cambio de eso podía recibir remuneración. Después de darle largas, cree mi cuenta (no tan sencillo, a mi parecer) y llevo actualmente 33 días. He compartido contenido de todo tipo, y más que el aliciente monetario, lo que me ha gustado es que aquí existe libertad de compartir cualquier tema. Me ha servido como válvula de escape al estrés y la ansiedad y me motiva a escribir mejor. En fin, demos paso a las preguntas que es el objetivo de la iniciativa.
I talk to you, I came to Hive thanks to the talk and recommendation of my friend @ritch. He told me that there was a social network that worked as a blog, in which I could share things of my interest and that I could receive remuneration. After giving it long, I created my account (not so simple, in my opinion), and I am 33 days old. I have shared content of all kinds, and more than the monetary incentive, I liked that here is the freedom to share any topic. It has served as an escape valve for stress and anxiety and motivates me to write better. Anyway, let's give way to the questions that are the objective of the initiative.
¿Qué mejoras le harías a Hive? | What improvements would you make to Hive?
Primero que nada, sugeriría que el registro de la cuenta sea mucho más amigable. Sinceramente si yo hubiese optado por crear mi cuenta solo, no lo hubiese logrado, o tal vez si, pero me hubiera tomado bastante tiempo. Eso de manejar cierta clave para esto, clave para aquello, me confundió un poco. En este caso no estuve solo, mi mentor ha sido y será @ritch, quién me apoyo en todo momento, y en muchas cosas de Hive.
First of all, I would suggest that account registration be much more user friendly. Honestly, if I had chosen to create my account alone, I would not have succeeded, or maybe I would have, but it would have taken me a long time. That to handle a specific key to this, the key to that confused me a little. In this case, I was not alone, my mentor has been and will be @ritch, who supports me at all times, and in many things about Hive.
La curva de aprendizaje con cuestiones de Hive es algo complicada. Existen demasiados conceptos, términos e ideas que lo mejor sería realizar un compilado de todo lo que existe como tipo guía y presentarla para los nuevos usuarios. Desconozco si exista tal herramienta (no indagado últimamente), probablemente si, o se esté trabajando en ella.
The learning curve with Hive questions is somewhat complicated. There are too many concepts, terms, and ideas that it would be best to compile everything that exists as a guide and present it to new users. I don't know if such a tool exists (not investigated lately), probably if or is working on it.
Algo que podría ser bueno agregar, es un chat directo entre usuarios. En ocasiones te comentan algo y te gustaría poder seguir hablando de una forma más fluida con ese usuario, entiendo que pues para eso esta Discord, pero eso de tener que crear otra cuenta y buscar la comunidad en Discord, no es tan inmediato y se puede perder cierto interés.
Something that could be good to add is a direct chat between users. Sometimes they tell you something, and you would like to be able to continue speaking more fluidly with that user. I understand that this is why Discord, but that of having to create another account and look for the community in Discord, no, it is so immediate, and you may lose some interest.

En el poco tiempo que llevo, la mejor forma para invitar a mis amigos es por medio de las redes sociales. A mis amigos que suelen compartir muchas cosas en las distintas plataformas sociales, les he platicado de que todo ese material si lo publicaran en Hive obtendrían remuneración por su contenido. Varios de ellos se han quedado incrédulos y se sorprenden que exista algo así. Obviamente les informo que su contenido debe ser original y de calidad para que este sea valorado por la comunidad y se les otorgue un voto. Lamentablemente hasta el momento no he logrado convencerlos, ya que aún dudan de lo que les digo, pero he visto que si les nace cierto interés al ver que en Twitter comparto mis post. Espero convencerlos muy pronto y que se den cuenta de que esto es real.
In the short time that I have been, the best way to invite my friends is through social networks. To my friends who tend to share many things on different social platforms. I have told them that all this material if they published it on Hive, would get remuneration for its content. Several of them have been incredulous and are surprised that something like this exists.
