Hola soy Maite Ugueto, venezolana, nacida en Caracas en la parroquia Caricuao tengo 41 años de vida. Caricuao es un lugar hermoso lleno de mucha vegetación, con un clima muy agradable y me siento afortunada de disfrutar del aire puro que aquí se respira; soy la tercera de cinco hermanos y madre de una hermosa niña de 9 años llamada Mairet Sophia que para mí ha sido junto a su papá dos de los mejores regalos que me ha dado la vida.
Mi familia paterna es oriunda de la costa Este del estado la Guaira; La Sabana es un pueblo maravilloso lleno gente hermosa, fabulosas playas, ríos, fiestas y con tradiciones muy peculiares, tuve y tengo la dicha de disfrutar de todo eso, cuando era una niña siempre las vacaciones escolares pasábamos allá mínimo 2 semanas y para mi eran las semana más divertidas del año porqué realmente me sentía libre, las restricciones de la ciudad allá desaparecían; a los 9 años tuve la dicha de conocer a varios chicos y primos con los que compartíamos mucho y ellos como se la pasaban allá siempre nos llevaban a conocer otros sitios que nosotras (mamá, tías, primas) que no conocíamos como ríos, entre esos chicos que conocí me hice muy amiga de uno en especial y cada vez que estábamos allá él iba con nosotras a todos lados, después de los 13 años ya los viajes no eran tan seguidos porque empecé a ir a campamentos y a otros sitios, a ese chico especial al que les nombre siempre me lo conseguía pero ya el contacto no era el mismo, cuando tenía 29 años un día el lobby de parque central yo estaba sentada para ir a almorzar pero realmente no quería comer sola y cuando subí la mirada iba caminando alguien conocido para mí y resulta que era el chico especial y yo lo llamé pero él no me reconoció y podría decir q hasta se resistió a acercarse hasta que lo llame por su nombre y se acordó de mí y gustosamente almorzamos ese día, desde ese día nunca más dejamos de hablar y vernos 15 días después éramos inseparables, eso fue en vísperas navideñas y el 24 de diciembre él estaba cenando conmigo y mi familia y el 31 de diciembre yo estaba cenando en La Sabana con su familia, ese chico especial que conocí a las 9 años hoy en día es mi compañero y el padre de mi hija y tenemos 12 años juntos, debido a esto mi pueblo como lo llamamos cariñosamente volvió a entrar a mi vida de lleno y en el transcurso de estos 12 años he podido tener más de cerca lo que es ser de allí.
Diseñadora gráfica de profesión y gran parte de mi vida laboral estuvo enfocada en las artes gráficas, hoy día me dedico al diseño de libros, flayers, etc. y a impartir terapias holísticas a través de Access consciousness y Circulo de realización personal CRP. Actualmente soy practicante de barras, lo que me permite complementar el abanico de técnicas y así guiar a las personas en su proceso de autodescubrimiento, aumento del nivel de conciencia presente y desarrollo de la capacidad de creación.
Nunca me imaginé que este mundo de autoayuda me apasionara tanto, desde muy joven supe que tenía la capacidad de ayudar a otras personas a través de mis consejos porque siempre se me han acercado personas cuando están atravesando situaciones difíciles, buscando quizás esas palabras que pudieran sacarlos de ese problema. Esto me permitió observar que cada quien tiene un punto de vista distinto y que las personas se toman los problemas de formas muy diferentes a pesar de que sean problemas similares lo cual me hizo entender que cada resultado iba de la mano con los pronósticos que daban sus palabras y pensamientos, allí sin saberlo descubrí el poder de creación que tenemos.
Cuando descubrí que tenía el poder de crear deliberadamente, mi mundo se expandió y a su vez surgieron muchas incógnitas y cada vez empezar a indagar y buscar más información sobre el tema, observando que lo que quieras que aparezca en tu vida va a ir apareciendo y lo más impresionante es que las respuestas nunca se presentan de la forma que habías definido que debían aparecer, para llegar a esa conclusión debes estar dispuesto a muchas cosas y la primera para mi debe ser a ser totalmente honesto contigo mismo porque puedes engañar a todos pero a ti no te puedes engañar, en esta etapa empecé a poner en práctica la honestidad descubriendo para mí sorpresa que en muchos aspectos de mi vida me fui moldeando a exigencias autoimpuestas que realmente no me funcionaban, en este proceso fui muy dura conmigo al principio y al pasar el tiempo aprendí cómo podía ir siendo más yo sin darme tantos latigazos, desde el amor y la humildad, fue como cuando empiezas conocer a alguien y poco a poco le vas tomando cariño desde el agradecimiento y la contemplación de todos los sucesos en su vida y a darle palabras amorosas de consuelo y motivación, este periodo de mi vida ha sido una expansión total y es estar presente con tu voz interna lo más que puedes en el transcurso de tu día, es elegir a cada instante lo que deseas en tu vida, es estar atento a lo que hablas y es respetar tu entorno sin juicio sin crítica y en permisión total tuya y de los demás, es una búsqueda incansable de saber a qué viniste y al mismo tiempo no debes olvidarte de vivir.
Access consciousness es la filosofía de vida que estoy poniendo en práctica para mí, el lema de Access es empoderarte a saber que sabes y está basado en el manejo de las energías. Es un camino divertido si eliges que así sea, te llama a estar muy presente en tu vida y es como ir al gimnasio, ¡debes ejercitarte todos los días! Aquí he aprendido que hay muchos prejuicios con respecto a estos temas, pero también, que la espiritualidad va de la mano con todos los aspectos de tu vida y no se pelea con nada y que simplemente tus puntos de vista crean tu realidad.
Las cosas que me encantan son reír, ir a la playa, disfrutar de la naturaleza, bailar, comer, hablar, compartir, aprender de mi hija, percibir lo mago que somos y estar atenta de las capacidades que tenemos para crear deliberadamente las cosas que elegimos.
Un día, hablando con mi tía Carelis Escobar @care1869, me comento que ella estaba en una plataforma muy dinámica donde podía escribir y compartir mis conocimientos, entonces surgió en mí la idea de poder contarles mis anécdotas y vivencias en este hermoso camino de autodescubrimiento y a su vez poder brindarles apoyo a muchas personas, guiándolos en situaciones adversas dándole paso a que puedan descubrir lo potentes que somos si realmente elegimos serlo.

Hello, I am Maite Ugueto, Venezuelan, born in Caracas in the parish of Caricuao, I am 41 years old. Caricuao is a beautiful place full of vegetation, with a very pleasant climate and I feel fortunate to enjoy the fresh air that is breathed here; I am the third of five siblings and mother of a beautiful 9 year old girl named Mairet Sophia who for me has been with his father two of the best gifts that life has given me.
My paternal family comes from the east coast of the state of La Guaira; La Sabana is a wonderful town full of beautiful people, fabulous beaches, rivers, parties and with very peculiar traditions, I had and I have the joy of enjoying all that, when I was a child we always spent at least 2 weeks of school vacations there and for me they were the most fun weeks of the year because I really felt free, the restrictions of the city there disappeared; When I was 9 years old I had the joy of meeting several boys and cousins with whom we shared a lot and they always took us to other places that we (mom, aunts, cousins) didn't know as rivers, Among those boys I met I became friends with one in particular and every time we were there he went with us everywhere, after the age of 13 the trips were not so frequent because I started to go to camps and other places, that special boy I always got him but the contact was not the same, when I was 29 years old one day in the lobby of central park I was sitting down to go to lunch but I really didn't want to eat alone and when I looked up someone I knew was walking by and it turned out to be the special boy and I called him but he didn't recognize me and I could even say that he resisted to approach me until I called him by name and he remembered me and we had lunch that day, from that day on we never stopped talking and seeing each other again 15 days later we were inseparable, That was on Christmas Eve and on December 24 he was having dinner with me and my family and on December 31 I was having dinner in La Sabana with his family, that special guy I met at 9 years old today is my partner and the father of my daughter and we have 12 years together, because of this my people as we affectionately call it re-entered my life fully and in the course of these 12 years I have been able to have more closely what it is to be from there.
Graphic designer by profession and much of my working life was focused on the graphic arts, today I dedicate myself to the design of books, flayers, etc.. and to impart holistic therapies through Access consciousness and Circle of personal fulfillment CRP. I am currently a bar practitioner, which allows me to complement the range of techniques and thus guide people in their process of self-discovery, increasing the level of present consciousness and developing the ability to create.
I never imagined that I would be so passionate about this world of self-help, since I was very young I knew that I had the ability to help other people through my advice because people have always approached me when they are going through difficult situations, perhaps looking for those words that could get them out of that problem. This allowed me to observe that everyone has a different point of view and that people take problems in very different ways even though they are similar problems, which made me understand that each result went hand in hand with the prognosis given by their words and thoughts, there without knowing it I discovered the power of creation that we have.
When I discovered that I had the power to create deliberately, my world expanded and in turn many unknowns arose and each time I began to investigate and seek more information on the subject, observing that whatever you want to appear in your life will appear and the most impressive thing is that the answers never appear in the way you had defined that they should appear, to reach that conclusion you must be willing to many things and the first for me must be to be totally honest with yourself because you can fool everyone but you can not fool you, at this stage I began to put into practice the honesty discovering to my surprise that in many aspects of my life I was molding myself to self-imposed demands that really did not work for me, in this process i was very hard on myself at the beginning and as time went by i learned how i could be more myself without giving myself so many lashes, from love and humility, it was like when you start to get to know someone and little by little you start to grow fond of them from gratitude and contemplation of all the events in their life and give them loving words of comfort and motivation, this period of my life has been a total expansion and is to be present with your inner voice as much as you can in the course of your day, is to choose at every moment what you want in your life, is to be attentive to what you speak and is to respect your environment without judgment without criticism and in total permission of yourself and others, is a tireless search to know what you came here for and at the same time you must not forget to live.
Access consciousness is the philosophy of life that I am putting into practice for myself, the motto of Access is to empower you to know that you know and it is based on the management of energies. It's a fun path if you choose it to be, it calls you to be very present in your life and it's like going to the gym, you must exercise every day! Here I have learned that there are many prejudices regarding these topics, but also, that spirituality goes hand in hand with all aspects of your life and does not fight with anything and that simply your views create your reality.
The things I love are laughing, going to the beach, enjoying nature, dancing, eating, talking, sharing, learning from my daughter, perceiving what a magician we are and being aware of the abilities we have to deliberately create the things we choose.
One day, talking to my aunt Carelis Escobar @care1869, she told me that she was on a very dynamic platform where I could write and share my knowledge, then the idea arose in me to tell my anecdotes and experiences in this beautiful path of self-discovery and in turn to provide support to many people, guiding them in adverse situations giving way to discover how powerful we are if we really choose to be.
