Our house is usually the place where we find peace, harmony and happiness with our loved ones. This is where much of our childhood is present and each place has an unforgettable moment, a memory or an anecdote for everyone. We always have a favorite place in our house where we feel most comfortable, it can be a quiet and lonely place just for us or on the contrary a place where we always meet to share with our family as it was our day.
My family is quite large, we are 5 brothers, so the house is almost never quiet, there is always someone telling the best and worst of their day, something new that they learned or just remembering something special, so they are never alone or quiet. , but when it feels desolate or empty and it is something that neither of us really like, perhaps it is the habit of always staying together and in contact, this is why I in particular have 3 favorite places in my house and 1 not so Favorite that I want to share with you and explain why.
Nuestra casa suele ser el lugar donde encontramos paz, armonía y felicidad junto a nuestros seres queridos es aquí donde está presente gran parte de nuestra infancia y cada lugar tiene consigo un momento, un recuerdo o una anécdota inolvidable para todos. Siempre solemos tener un lugar preferido en nuestra casa en donde nos sentimos más a gusto, puede ser un lugar tranquilo y solitario solo para nosotros o al contrario un lugar donde siempre nos reunimos a compartir con nuestra familia como fue nuestro día.
Mi familia es bastante numerosa somos 5 hermanos por lo que la casa casi nunca esta tranquila, siempre hay alguien contando lo mejor y peor de su día, algo nuevo que aprendió o simplemente recordando algo en especial, por lo que nunca se encuentra sola o tranquila, pero cuando lo esta se siente desolada o vacía y es algo que realmente a ninguno nos gusta, quizás sea la costumbre de permanecer siempre juntos y en contacto, es por esto que yo en particular tengo 3 lugares favoritos de mis casa y 1 no tan favorito que quiero compartir con ustedes y explicarles el porqué.

My first favorite place is the kitchen in my house, it is really big and spacious, it has some windows that I love because while I cook I usually see the sky, the birds flying or the stars at night. It is a meeting place because we all love the kitchen, we are always having coffee, having a snack, making sweets and desserts, or better still cooking the typical meals of each date.
I love being here and on special dates I enjoy it even more when December arrives, we all work as a single motor, as we work together to make the famous Venezuelan Hallacas, cheese, salads and more to enjoy an unforgettable dinner, we always have something new that do and we do it in our kitchen. This is why my first favorite place is this because this is where I spend the vast majority of the day with my family.
Mi primer lugar favorito es la cocina de mi casa, es realmente grande y espaciosa, tiene unas ventanas que me encanta pues mientras cocino suelo ver el cielo, las aves volando o las estrellas de noche. Es un lugar de reuniones pues a todos nos encanta la cocina allí siempre estamos tomando café, comiendo alguna merienda, haciendo dulces y postres, o mejor aún cocinando las comidas típicas de cada fecha.
Me encanta estar aquí y en fechas especiales lo disfruto aún más cuando llega diciembre todos juntos funcionamos como un solo motor, pues trabajamos juntos para realizar las famosas hallacas venezolanas, quesillos, ensaladas y demás para disfrutar de una cena inolvidable, siempre tenemos algo nuevo que hacer y lo hacemos en nuestra cocina. Es por esto que mi primer lugar favorito es este pues aquí es donde paso la gran mayoría del día junto a mi familia.

The dining room of my house is a place that we don't really use often, because our kitchen is very spacious and has large counters that we use to eat, but this place is unique and we usually keep it as a small temple, because it is the place of the most important family reunions, it is there where we have dinner and we receive new year, it is there where we celebrate birthday dinners and even better where we always find a solution to the problems and family conflicts that present themselves, always united and with love , and for this reason it is my number two favorite place.
El comedor de mi casa es un sitio que realmente no solemos utilizar con frecuencia, pues nuestra cocina es muy amplia y cuenta con grandes mesones que utilizamos para comer, pero este lugar es único y lo mantenemos por lo general como un pequeño templo, pues es el lugar de las reuniones familiares más importantes, es allí donde cenamos y recibimos año nuevo, es allí donde celebramos las cenas de cumpleaños y mejor aún donde siempre le encontramos solución a los problema y conflictos familiares que se nos presentan, siempre unidos y con amor, y por esta razón es mi lugar favorita número dos.

And finally my third favorite place is the porch of my house, my family for generations has practiced music in different ways, some of us play the Venezuelan cuatro, others the guitar, the bandolin, the maracas and the drums, and this is always ours. meeting place does not need a special date or day, because any time is good to sing, laugh and enjoy a good song that represents our mood or experiences, in my family we have a saying that music is The voice of the high and for me is totally true, there is nothing that a good song cannot alleviate, this is why this place becomes our sanctuary, a place where not only we enjoy but also our neighbors listening to us.
But you will think because it does not have a place to be alone and calm, and the fact is that I do not really like it, I feel comfortable being surrounded by my loved ones and in these places it is where we best spend it, this is my favorites.
Y por último mi tercer lugar favorito es el porche de mi casa, mi familia durante generaciones ha practicado la música de distintas maneras, unos tocamos el cuatro venezolano, otros la guitarra, el bandolín, las maracas y los tambores, y este es siempre nuestro lugar de encuentro no hace falta una fecha o día especial, pues cualquier momento es bueno para cantar, reír y disfrutar de una buena canción que represente nuestro estado de ánimo o las experiencias vividas, en mi familia tenemos un dicho que dice que la música es la voz del alta y para mi es totalmente cierto, no hay nada que una buena canción no pueda aliviar, es por esto que este lugar se convierte en nuestro santuario, un lugar donde no solo nosotros disfrutamos sino también nuestros vecinos al escucharnos.
Pero ustedes pensaran porque no tiene un lugar para estar sola y tranquila, y es que realidad no me gusta me siento cómoda al estar rodeada de mis seres queridos y en estos lugares es donde mejor la pasamos por esto son mis favoritos.

Well the answer is simple I don't know, since I was a child this hallway of my house has caused me fear for no reason why I never went there at night and even less alone, it is a somewhat dark and mysterious place in my house that causes me intrigue and Although the other members of my family think that I am a fearful one, without reason, this place is where I like least to be.
Pero ahora bien no siempre todo es bueno, pues no sé si solo a mí me pasa pero también tengo un lugar no tan favorito, un lugar de la casa que nunca me ha gustado y me parece tenebroso, y siempre me han preguntado cómo puedes tener miedo en tu propia casa? Pues la respuesta es sencilla no lo sé, desde pequeña este pasillo de mi casa me ha causado miedo sin razón por la que nunca pasaba por allí de noche y menos sola, es un lugar algo oscuro y misterioso de mi casa que me causa intriga y aunque los demás miembros de mi familia piense que soy uno miedosa sin razón este lugar es en el que menos me gusta estar.
