Hace unos días leí un post sobre una iniciativa creada por @andrea.carolina, me pareció una idea muy divertida que incentivaba además conocer un poco más a los usuarios dentro de la plataforma, así que no dudé en unirme. Sin más preámbulos, esta es mi entrada:

1- ¿Quién eres?
Mi nombre es Nicole, tengo 18 años y me definiría como una chica apasionada, creativa y perfeccionista. Suelo ser callada y un poco tímida pero cuando me conoces puedes darte cuenta que soy muy amable y empática con las personas, me gusta ayudar a los demás y motivarlos a dar lo mejor de sí.

2- ¿Qué te hace feliz?
Hay muchas cosas que me hacen feliz, como ir la playa y sentir la arena entre mis dedos a la vez que escucho el sonido de las olas, que mi mamá prepare mi desayuno favorito (panquecas), engancharme por horas con la historia de un libro… mi familia, creo que tanto mis padres como mis hermanos son extraordinarios, siempre paso momentos muy divertidos con ellos y me apoyan en todo lo que hago, también tengo dos gatitos que son lo más precioso del mundo, verlos jugar juntos me hace sonreir instantáneamente; mis amigos y mi novio me hacen feliz, no soy una persona que salga demasiado o que tenga muchos amigos (son más que nada conocidos), pero los que tengo siempre están cuando los necesito y siempre que podemos organizamos una tarde o un día para salir y pasarla genial. He pasado horas sentada concentrada en un dibujo y aunque después termine con la espalda dolorida, no hay nada que me haga tan feliz como trabajar en un obra de arte; por ultimo pero no menos importante, los libros me hacen muy feliz, puedes aprender, puedes divertirte y emocionarte, te hacen llorar, reir, asustar, lo que sea, son grandes amigos en todo momento.

3- ¿Qué deseas ser?
Algo que principalmente todos deberíamos anhelar ser es la mejor versión de nosotros mismos, lograr alcanzar el equilibrio entre nuestras debilidades y nuestras destrezas para poder tener una vida plena y llena de éxito en lo que deseemos… al menos es lo que yo anhelo, aprender de cada situación al que me enfrente y saber sacarle provecho en un futuro.
Pero también deseo ser artista, quiero vivir de mi talento y motivar a las personas a que lo hagan también. El arte al principio era un hobbie, pero después de entrar en una escuela de arte comprendí que no era así, que es mi pasión y es algo que quiero dedicarme por el resto de mi vida porque no hay nada que me haga conectar conmigo misma como el dibujo, la pintura, la ilustración o el diseño.

A few days ago I read a post about an initiative created by @andrea.carolina, it seemed like a very fun idea that also incentivized to know a little more about the users within the platform, so I did not hesitate to join. Without further ado, this is my entry:

1- Who are you?
My name is Nicole, I'm 18 years old and I would define myself as a passionate, creative and perfectionist girl. I tend to be quiet and a bit shy but when you meet me you can realize that I am very kind and empathetic with people, I like to help others and motivate them to do their best.

2- What makes you happy?
There are many things that make me happy, like going to the beach and feeling the sand between my toes while listening to the sound of the waves, my mom preparing my favorite breakfast (pancakes), getting hooked for hours with the story of a book? my family, I think both my parents and my siblings are extraordinary, I always spend fun times with them and they support me in everything I do, I also have two kittens that are the most precious thing in the world, watching them play together makes me smile instantly; my friends and my boyfriend make me happy, I am not a person that goes out too much or has many friends (they are mostly acquaintances), but the ones I have are always there when I need them and whenever we can we organize an evening or a day to go out and have a great time. I have spent hours sitting focused on a drawing and even if I end up with a sore back afterwards, there is nothing that makes me as happy as working on a piece of art; last but not least, books make me very happy, you can learn, you can have fun and get excited, they make you cry, laugh, scare, you name it, they are great friends all the time.

3- What do you wish to be?
Something that mainly we all should long to be is the best version of ourselves, to achieve a balance between our weaknesses and our skills in order to have a full and successful life in whatever we want... at least that's what I long for, to learn from every situation I face and know how to take advantage of it in the future.
But I also want to be an artist, I want to live from my talent and motivate people to do it too. Art at the beginning was a hobby, but after entering an art school I understood that it was not like that, it is my passion and it is something I want to dedicate myself to for the rest of my life because there is nothing that makes me connect with myself like drawing, painting, illustration or design.
