Hello good day friends, this maize is not too far from my house and it took myself and some labourers to handle the work. It's not an easy one to clear the land and also make the heaps. The maize is an hybrid one and it's part of the maize I planted close to the house. This is maize season and I make sure I plant the maize wherever I have space around the house. It's important to note that maize has alot of values and it's being used to make alot of things around here, feeds for poultry, cooking and roasting, and also used for pig feeds too. Many people now make use of the opportunity to plant maize and it's a common crop around now. Almost every where you go, you see maize being planted.
I observed that some parts of the farm are weedy and I used the opportunity I had to weed them and make them clean. I really don't like to use chemicals to weed because it could be injurious to the body and the plant too. The stands planted are many and cannot be consumed alone and they will be out for sale.
