I arrived here for the first time thanks to the invitation of @wakeupkitty, who besides being an excellent guide on Steemit, is someone worthy of receiving respect and admiration for everything he does. She told me that @ davidke20 proposes a great challenge to write the goals, how I intend to achieve them and the achievements for this year, which I thought was great since the books teach that everything you want to achieve and not write, is simply a dream that will not be fulfilled.
To be active in this challenge, we must write our goals and say how we will achieve them in a monthly publication that includes the #hasil2020 tag.
Why should it be monthly? Simple! It is to follow up and the necessary corrections to our work plan. This is easy to do.!
In the same way, I invite my fellow steemians to share their goals with us. It is important to set a date for that and how they will achieve their goals.

This has been wonderful. I have new friends that help me grow. It's amazing how joining a community drives growth on the platform: This is inevitable!
Do you want to grow faster? Join a community and let yourself be guided. Learn from the biggest and enjoy the trip. Which communities? You should only review the publications at the end and you will find the ones that each author recommends from their experience.
That is a goal achieved and continues to grow.
- Increase my SP from 212 to 500, through better posts and comments (upvotes):
This is a goal reached and exceeded. Since I started on steemit, I saw it difficult to reach only 500 Sp. Although I dreamed of having those 500 Sp, I had never charted the way I could do it. It is a mistake not to plan!
Dr. Camilo Cruz explains: "Planning does not guarantee success. However, not planning, living without goals and not knowing where we are moving, does guarantee failure" When we do not plan to be successful in what we do, Basically we plan to fail in everything we undertake. And, precisely, that was my mistake. This challenge has been a great blessing in my life. Thank you, @davidke20 for your initiative.

- Learn more about Steemit and how to be more influential:
This is lifelong learning. Many times going through moments of tribulation, it drives to learn more. The recent purchase of Steemit.Inc is proof of that. Now, I use twitter, since I can inform myself of the events and at the same time, I am learning from those steemians who are leading this pitched battle, which I hope will be resolved soon.
Do I have another goal? Of course, I do!
- I want to be a curator of some community and learn from the best to do an excellent job.
Although I am not a curator yet, I have dedicated myself to learn from other curators, following their steps closely and consulting them about the tools they use and what judgment they use when evaluating a publication. A really exciting world to learn new stories. Also seen in some publications is a "copy and paste" which are not taken into account at the time of voting.
I am already a minnow. Now I have new goals to achieve, which I will announce in a new publication.
