Traveling with my life partner palabritas (my bicycle), I arrived at that place that many know and associate with the Casa Rosada, located in the federal capital of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Yes, friends, the same one that appears in history books, postcards, and, why not, countless protests. I had a very nice day and was able to take some photos that I really liked. Thinking about where I can publish them, there are many communities for sharing images, but as you know, I always like to reflect when these events happen to me, and even more so in such an emblematic place, as the space where, in theory, the most important decisions of a country are made. And I say in theory because I have many questions to ask you, and I hope we can reflect on them together.

[Spanish] Viajando con mi compañera de vida palabritas (mi bicicleta), llegó a ese lugar que muchos conocen y tienen que ver con la Casa Rosada, situada en la capital federal de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Sí, amigos, la misma que aparece en los libros de historia, postales y por qué no en innumerable protestas. Me tocó un día muy lindo y realmente pude realizar algunas capturas que me gustaron. Pensando dónde puedo publicarlo, existen muchas comunidades para compartir imágenes, pero como saben siempre me gusta reflexionar cuando me suceden estos eventos y más aún en un lugar tan emblemático, como el espacio donde se toman en teoría las decisiones más importantes de un país. Y digo en teoría porque tengo muchas preguntas para hacerles y ojalá reflexionemos juntos.
Where does real power lie? Is it in this pink-walled house that houses decisions that affect us all? Perhaps in the dominant countries that pull the strings of the world according to their petty interests? Or in those investment funds that indebt entire countries as if they were kiosks? Or is it really in the people, who day after day build a country with their effort and hard work? Where?

[Spanish] ¿Dónde está el verdadero poder? ¿Está en esta casa de paredes rosadas que alberga decisiones que nos afectan a todos? ¿Quizás en los países dominantes que tiran de la cuerda del mundo según sus intereses mezquinos? ¿O en esos fondos de inversión que endeudan a países enteros como si fueran kioscos? ¿O realmente está en los pueblos, en los que día a día construyen un país con su esfuerzo y su lomo? ¿Dónde?

I really don't know, but I like to think that the ultimate power still lies with the people. And I only know that it will be effectively exercised when we are united, and of course, the task of some is to ensure that we are not united. Now, in Web 3, where does the power lie? Is it in governance? Is it in the various decentralized applications we use every day? Is it in those who have the most tokens and make noise when they vote? Is it in the projects? Is it in the communities, in the users, in those of us who write, create, share, and vote every day? Where?

I'm telling you how I really feel, and I believe that true power isn't always where most of us think it is. I feel that sometimes it disguises itself, other times it hides, and most of the time, we give it away without realizing it. What do you think about that?
! [Spanish] Te lo digo como realmente lo siento y creo que el verdadero poder no siempre está donde la mayoría creemos. Siento que a veces se disfraza, otras veces se esconde y en la mayoría de las veces, lo regalamos sin darnos cuenta. ¿Qué piensas al respecto?
Perhaps power does not reside in a pink house or in a token that rises and falls daily. Perhaps power lies within us, when we organize ourselves, when we support what is truly worthwhile, and above all, when we make ourselves heard. Perhaps my reflections are somewhat naive, but the idea is that we wake up.
! [Spanish] Capaz el poder no vive en una casa rosada ni en un token que sube y baja cotidianamente. Capaz el poder está en nosotros, cuando nos organizamos, cuando apoyamos lo que realmente vale la pena y sobre todo, cuando nos hacemos escuchar. Quizás mis reflexiones sean un tanto ilusas, pero la idea es que, despertemos.
Perhaps power is quieter than it seems, and those who normally bark have no power at all, and I would even go so far as to say, no influence either. I believe that true power in Web 3 lies in creating real communities, when we don't expect everything to come from above, when we start building from the bottom up and without throwing tantrums like children sometimes do.
! [Spanish] Quizás el poder es más silencioso de lo que parece y los que normalmente ladran, no tienen nada de poder y me animo a decir, ni siquiera influencia. Creo que el verdadero poder en la web 3 está cuando creamos comunidades de verdad, cuando no esperamos todo de arriba, cuando empezamos a construir desde abajo y sin hacer berrinche como en ocasiones hacen los niños.
And there, right there, I like to think that's where true power lies. I don't believe it lies in thrones, but rather in voices. Not in big wallets, but in the hands that truly create. Not in bosses, but in peoples, in communities.
! [Spanish] Y ahí, justamente ahí, me gusta pensar que está el verdadero poder. No creo que esté en los tronos, sino más bien en las voces. No en las grandes billeteras, sino en las manos que verdaderamente crean. No en los jefes, sino en los pueblos, en las comunidades.
I imagine how those communities must have been built in order to carry out different revolutions throughout history. Perhaps we have the tools in our hands and are immersed in a true revolution, almost without realizing it. All I can say is that if we don't use power, it simply slips away.
