With family at the Taverna
Not feeling on top of the world yesterday and shared this with my daughter, Eden who gave me a lecture on how much I have to be grateful for - so here is my gratitude list for today.
1 - First and foremost I am grateful for my three children - Jack. Lee and Eden
2 - My son Jack (@deimus) has developed a computer game - so proud of him
3 - My son Lee and his wife Katia - (@leelektrik) has videoed a training course and visits me daily
4 - My daughter - (@edenmichelle) has written an ebook and videoed the assets
5 - My daughter's cat Zara - who has brought me hours of pleasure
6 - Lesley, my other daughter who cares for me and checks on me daily
7 - Friends who have dropped in with goodies and supplies namely Lucille, Shawn (@paracat) and Michelle and Tam all the way in South Africa - such a wonderful person - who organised a present for me from afar - was a special surprise
8 - My wonderful partner, @offoodandart in Cook With Us - who has my back and encourages me often and our partner @merej99 in our CWU Recipe Book community and an ebook (coming next year)
9 - Friends on HIVE & WLS like @ijmmai who answers all my questions on WLS and helps me out so often, @poeticsnake who has supported me and my family generously and who gave me a shoutout on her music show last evening on discord (I was really chuffed) and played Eden's music - wow - what a way to end the day and @lizelle who has been a friend for a long time on other platforms and now WLS too, @samstonehill who inspires me daily (my family are probably tired of me always quoting him), @pankso who is so generous with his tips, @feelx, @keithboone @cherie @ruth-girl - and too many others to list - but I love you all - have met such wonderful people on both platforms
10 - grateful that I could cheat here - because that is way more than 10 things to be grateful for.
And yes, @Cherie - I am grateful for this cake that Lesley baked for me - it was super delicious
The sunset last night was so beautiful
More than anything I have family who love and care for me beyond the call of duty - so yes, I am grateful.
Above all and on top of my list is my God - who created all of the above so wonderfully. I forgot to add that I have a roof over my head and food in my tummy
I pray for all who do not have such necessities !!
