“The journey is my home” – Muriel Rukeyser. ...
It was the second day of Eid. Preparations for the tour were almost complete. I was waiting for some friends. At about five o'clock, they too arrived. After Maghrib's prayers in Lari Ada Mosque, they met for advice.
First of all, Amir's advice was given to me. The most difficult responsibility was given to me. Salman Bhai was given the post of the scribe. Don't have fun and stay involved in calculations throughout the tour
Muneeb Bhai is happy to take care of the vehicles so he got this responsibility. Zaneer Bhai lost his post due to being new.
Well, the next journey started. Due to the second day of Eid, it was very busy. It took a long time to get out of Gujranwala. The journey continued all night.
They were present in Mardan before the morning prayers. Fajr prayers were offered. Petrol was filled in the bikes. The number increased as they crossed the Chakdara hills at 7 o'clock Gulabad-Uchh.
After searching, they reached Temar Gara. When they saw everyone's faces hanging, they understood that everyone's batteries were being taken away. They changed their decision and prepared a breakfast plan in Temar Gara.
The next journey started. The fresh contingent was in a hurry due to an increase in speed. We paused, took a deep breath, and left for Lowry Tunnel. The entry of bikes in the tunnel was closed. Many bikers looked disappointed. We decided to enter Chitral by crossing Lowry Top without wasting our time.
Then the test of the bike started too late. Due to the rain, the road was full of mud and a long line of vehicles started taking our test. But the morale is even higher After two and a half hours of hard work, we reached the top and thoroughly enjoyed the cold weather. I will be able to see the top.
Due to bad weather and lack of time, it was considered appropriate to get down early. It had just taken a short journey when the rain dripped on it. It was too much. I warmed my body with lentils and peanuts. I took out my luggage for tea. Then the rain stopped. I stuffed my luggage inside and started my journey. Going through the long tunnel was a beautiful experience.
After the tunnel, the road was paved a little and then it started to get rough. In the same way, after jumping for an hour, the road was paved after Merkini. Greenery and fruit trees were beautifying the place. Some friends went ahead and Salman Bhai and I spent some time in a small lake near Avon Moor and last night we went with our other commanders in Chitral. Found those who were forgetting the fire due to waiting.
Exhausted, the thieves changed their decision to set up camp and decided to spend the night in the hotel. After a while, we were in the room. It was 10 o'clock when I went out to look for food for rats. Now cook.
Salman Bhai stays away from service. Two companions were with us for the first time. Serving them was like increasing the appetite of rats ... who had no experience of cooking at all. I had to pick it up. I took bread from the open hotel alone. I reached the room for eggs, potatoes, prepared curry, and ate it to my heart's content.
I got this responsibility - everyone liked tea so much that I got a tea contract for the whole tour The tea biscuits with Ludo were very colorful. It was already 1 o'clock in the morning. After planning the Gol National Park in the morning, we went to sleep.
