Steem Hardfork 0.23 In Hours: Are Your Assets Included To Be Seized...

And the hardfork will introduce two important changes below:

Power-down period will be reduced to 4 weeks
Seize some user accounts

First change seems good for some users that want to liquid their assets fast and leave the blockchain. But this is bad for Steem ecosystem because overall STEEM POWER will be quickly powered down, and STEEM will flood the exchanges lowering the price even more.

Second change may be something that crossed the line. User assets in the blockchain are owned by the user not by witnesses nor developers. They cannot just seize the user assets by hardforking like this. Some laws may be broken here.
