Hello friends of HIVE. I hope you are all very well. In this new blog I am going to tell you about my graduation as a Technician in Occupational Health and Safety.
Como les dije en mi presentación, soy egresada de la UPTOS en esta carrera. Empecé la universidad en el 2016, recién saliendo del liceo y obtuve mi título de TSU en 2022.
As I told you in my introduction, I am a graduate of UPTOS in this career. I started college in 2016, just out of high school and I got my TSU degree in 2022.
Mi carrera universitaria fue bonita pero un poco complicada. Pasaron casi 6 años para poder recibir mi título pues hubieron muchas complicaciones, por lo que si, era un momento muy esperado para mí y mi familia.
My university career was nice but a bit complicated. It took almost 6 years to receive my degree because there were many complications, so yes, it was a long awaited moment for me and my family.
Fue el 25 de febrero de 2022, en la biblioteca de la universidad. Fue un evento pequeño y con pocos invitados pues estábamos aún con las normativas de la pandemia y no podíamos abusar, pero muy bonito y significativo.
It was on February 25, 2022, in the university library. It was a small event with few guests because we were still with the pandemic regulations and we could not abuse, but very nice and meaningful.
Me acompañaron mi mamá, mi papá, mi novio y mi hermana de crianza, y aunque no físicamente, mi mamá de crianza estuvo ahí en espíritu y en mi pensamiento.
I was accompanied by my mom, dad, boyfriend and foster sister, and although not physically, my foster mom was there in spirit and in my thoughts.
En fin, valió la pena el esfuerzo en las clases y la espera de ese título, fue un momento muy grato y emocionante, hubo tiempo que lo veía lejos pero, siempre digo que las cosas llegan cuando es su momento y así fue.
Anyway, it was worth the effort in the classes and the wait for that degree, it was a very pleasant and exciting moment, there was time that I saw it far away but, I always say that things come when it is their time and so it was.
