Hello and Namaste Everyone,
I hope you guys are safe and playing this wonderful game to enjoy the time this lockdown.
It's weekend and this is the time when I usually play more battles. Because of lockdown, I get more time in weekday as well so I can say that all thats days are like more of battling for me. I played many battles and even got nice quest rewards this week. This season is left for 5 days and within this time I have to make it Gold I at least. Sometimes even finishing daily quest is not easy because I get matched with high-level players that make me difficult to win.
Let's also talk a bit about the current lockdown situation which is happening almost everywhere in the world and impacting our life badly. I have no work for the last 1.5 month and more of my time I spend on this platform and my family. I keep on talking to my friends and few of my friends are putting up in the remote and outer area and there are saying for them life is normal since there is no impact there. Since there is no case of covid-19 so there is no lockdown and they have got complete freedom like before. Now I feel that we are going to be in a situation of the financial crisis. I am quite confident that the HIVE will support many people in this need of time.
Player Profile
This is my current player profile and I stand in Gold 2 league. I have crossed 1500 marks (1501 to be precise) of total battles and this is so good and I am glad to make it. I have 784 battles out of 1501 in total thats over 52% ratio of winning which earlier was less than 50%. There is a slight increase in my winning ration and it shows that my battling is improving.
I played today's quest and it took more time than I normally take to finish it. Sometimes it happens when I get match with players who are playing more powerful cards. I will have to get the Gold lead within 2 days and if I might try to go ahead as well if I would be able to depend upon the competition in battling.
Halfling Alchemist Sale and Giveaway
Bitcoin halving is news of the week and its going to happen next week but team @splinterlands has already released the card dedicated to the event and this card was a great success. All the cards are sold out and thats an amazing response to the event.
There were two ways to get this card. first- Buy 5 untamed pack and 1 card will come as a gift and the second way was to get it airdropped to random active players. I fall in the second category and got one Halfling Alchemist airdropped to my account today. Getting such a special card through airdrop is amazing and I am happy to get it.
Stats and Ability
Halfling Alchemist is an epic card from Neutral monster from Promo edition print. The best part about this card is that it comes from the Neutral team so it can be used with all the monsters and it also cost 2 mana so for all the battles with low mana, this can be a great playing car. Another advantage that comes with this card comes in the form of more rewards so all an all its a must-have a card to be in the collection and I am glad to have it. Those who have missed the chance to get it either through airdrop or sale can not buy it from the https://monstermarket.io also.
I am one of the biggest fans of the @splinterlands game and its part of my daily schedule. I never thought that a game can be so much fun this way and even I could ever earn from gaming. Here I am earning through cards airdrop, DEC tokens, and even through daily quests and season rewards. I see that there are so many players with bigger account value and I have the same vision with this platform. After a month of my journey here, I started adding cards as and when I get to know and its going on.
It is is a kind of game where having powerful and strong cards made the game even more fun so I am on it to make it more fun. Now I am pretty much aware of this awesome gaming platform however there are a lot of cards that I am still not aware of, so I am working consistently to add up better cards in my portfolio and even keep on learning about these cards. I love the game and I also enjoy the game thoroughly this time locked down. I and my son both are having a good time with this game and enjoy the battles.
I have joined GUILD also and its like a community. Basically I think working with the community gives the opportunity to explore and learn more. I am yet to explore a lot about this but will surely keep on trying to make the most of this functionality on the splinterlands platform.
