we can not be a 100% sure on the state of both markets as it is, we can only watch and pray that things actually goes well for the investors. But the thing here is that ,more whales keep appearing on the bigger cryptos(bitcoin) and are now holding a lot of it and basically The market would now depend on them. Monday The 15th of June 2020 was a fearful day for both the cryptocurrency and stock investors, as the prices took a great fall at nearly exactly the same time. (i nearly had a heart failure out of fear,and had to force myself to nap) .The good news is that both recovered quickly, likely buoyed by news of a $1 trillion investment boost in the US(now thats a lot i know). And we once again find ourselves avidly watching stock market movements.
The dip itself may have been caused by any number of factors, in particular a resurgence of COVID-19 in China and the US. However, it must also be seen in light to the present economy of different countries and the devaluing of local currencies at this time. Just a few days a go the value of the Nigerian currency dropped so badly (which some see as great, but when you sit and look at it properly, you would the realize the damages it has done to those who would love to join the market) . There are many factors to consider in this whole thing.
Some countries have started encouraging its citizens to join the stock markets as of some days back. And some have started encouraging crypto trading . But the fact still remains that ,those who would earn more are the whales in the markets ,the big shots , those with thousands of $ in their accounts ,the big investors and the big risk takers.
We basically cant conclude if the dip caused the both markets to recouple or not, but we can only hope it favours us and its for good to. Cause the fact still remains that no one can predict the markets that perfectly ,even professional traders where taken unaware on monday and the good thing is that the recovery was rapid,if it was not then a lot of people would have gone into panic mood and some may have started selling off in other not to lose to much and others would always be there to buy😄.
At this point all we can do is what we have always been doing, WATCHING ,PRAYING and HOPING.. This week looks very favourable though and i really hope it stays that way. The market is not and has never been for the weak in heart .
