Feliz noche para todos los amigos Hivers hoy quiero compartir con ustedes a través de esta foto un grato y satisfactorio momento de cosecha.
I obtained this harvest in the small orchard of my father-in-law, who I visited looking for yucca and auyama so that my wife could make a delicious fish soup.
Esta cosecha la obtuve en el pequeño huerto de mi suegro el cual visite en busca yuca y auyama para que mi esposa realizara una rica sopa de pescado.
On this occasion I only took out a single yucca plant which was quite easy for me to remove from the ground since it has rained these last days and the ground was quite soft and it made the job easier.
En esta ocacion solo saque una sola mata de yuca la cual fue bastante fácil para mi retirar de la tierra ya que estos últimos día ha llovido y la tierra estaba bastante foja y hizo el trabajo mas sencillo.
According to my father-in-law, this yucca had been planted for 8 months and with the yucca it had, it was more than enough to make the soup. He calculates that he had a little more than a kilo.
Segun mi suegro esta yuca tenia 8 meses de sembrada y con la yuca que tenia fue mas que suficiente para hacer la sopa. Calcula que tenia un poco mas de un kilo.
After removing the yucca, I harvested a beautiful auyama which was the first harvest from this bush and there are many more to harvest but it is still small.
Luego de sacar la yuca coseche una hermosa auyama la cual fue la primera recogida de esta mata y hay muchas mas por recoger pero todavia esta pequeñas.
