A while back I made a trip to Wanås art center with my parents, and I had heard about it but never been there before this day 😉 and it sure was worth the trip.
Wanås has a beautiful white Castle like house and it was the first thing I noticed and had to capture it!

Wanås – Center for Art & Learning, presents and communicates contemporary art that challenges and redefines society, working outside in the landscape around Wanås in Skåne, southern Sweden.
The permanent collection in the sculpture park is complemented with a program of temporary exhibitions, both outdoors and in the Art Gallery, and events such as guided tours, artists’ talks, performances and workshops engaging a wide audience.
The learning activities are extensive and growing.
Wanås Konst produces site-specific international art and learning in an innovative and accessible way.
The collection in the sculpture park has 70 permanent works, created specifically for The Wanås Foundation – Wanås Konst by artists such as Nathalie Djurberg & Hans Berg, Ann Hamilton, Jenny Holzer, Yoko Ono and Robert Wilson et al.
The sculpture park has approximatly 75 000 visitors per year and 9000 children take part in educational activities.
Wanås Konst is run by The Wanås Foundation, a non-profit foundation created in 1994, in Östra Göinge municipality, in the South of Sweden, 1.5 h from Copenhagen, Denmark.
Founding Director Marika Wachtmeister initiated the art projects at Wanås in 1987.
Since 2011 the foundation is led by Elisabeth Millqvist and Mattias Givell.
Wanås Konst is part self-financed, part supported by state, regional and municipal funding, as well as by private foundations and sponsors.
Wanås is a place in the world where art, nature and history meet.
Wanås consist of a medieval castle, an organic farm, a scenic sculpture park and an art gallery in southern Sweden as well as the newly opened Wanås Restaurant Hotel.
Wanås Konst is part of European Land + Art Network (ELAN) and Wanås is a Long Run Destination – a leader in sustainable development within the tourism industry, community development and cultural management.
Now I will share my favorite pictures of some cool art that was lots of fun 😜 and on some of the buildings.
The park is amazing and this place was my favorite, look to the right 👉 a big globe? Nope.. A frkn cool window /mirror ish.. Lol
My dad exploring and it was like being inside of a globe but somehow not quite anyway 😜 having some fun.. Lol
And ofcourse we had to try both the inside and outside of the Art glass and cool mix of reflection of us and the Environment around the glass Wall!
Was alot of fun and I kept my camera close at all times 😜 lol
And the enviroment around this spot is so peaceful and beautiful.

I love the old buildings and the shapes of them, a farm feeling but also nature and history.

Well.. Hello there 😉 such a beauty!
A big wall with old tools and I love this kind of things 😜 old Antique stuff.
A walk through a old stable and I absolutly looove the design here and all in wood, amazing art work.
There was also some cool miniatyr of the whole Wanås place and I love this kind of art so much 😍 a doll house size of the place... Lol
Behind another door we found some weard angeles of the walls and such.
And as we got further into the room we realized that things where upside down 🙃 such a funny feeling!
To live here would be a challange for sure, and I admit things like this wakes the goofy kid in me 😁 lol
Kids have so much more fun 😜

My last pictures to share are some from the enviroment around Wanås, and it is a place I can recomend to visit as it has lots of mix art and beautiful park.
Many amazing trees and this is where you walk to the beautiful park.
