Crypto space has already several centralized talent platforms to post your CV or to find positions open in the market, one of the most popular is Web3 Career
Talent Protocol intends to be a mix of LinkedIn and career search sites, together with a community tool, all in a decentralized protocol using blockchain technology. It is in its early stage although they have been around for quite a while and they seem to be getting closer to their open phase early next year.
I like the idea of a decentralized talent platform and have been testing and inviting some friends to join. Although still in beta, I believe it is already open to anyone, if it is not and you wish to test it, let me know in a comment and I will share my invite code.
They have announced the TAL token early next year which I believe will probably be used to pay for some of the future premium services beyond the basic free ones. The site is pretty straight forward, where you add all the info you whish to share about yourself, what are you working on, join collectives, share updates on what you are working, creat your contacts network and so on.
I love to see how little by little, new web3 services appear offering an alternative to the existing web2 ones.
