Goals are the main motivator for us in life. Without them, we go to the unknown or find ourselves at the same point. We do not always make any radical change. So we must define our goal in life, and this goal must be realistic and commensurate with our capabilities.

Setting a clear goal and commensurate with our capabilities is not enough to reach it. Rather, we must develop a well-studied plan divided into stages if the goal is long-term. It does not necessarily contain precise details of what it will do in the coming years, but all its tasks and elements must serve the main goal.

On the path to success, a person is exposed to a lot of harassment and stinging criticism from the people around him, either because of the method he follows or the field in which he chose to work, or just because he differs from them and perhaps for other reasons, and this is what drives many people to abandon their goals and withdraw to avoid these harassments.
In this case, the person must accept criticism and take what is useful from constructive criticism and ignore the nonsense and leave no room for it to influence it and take into account that you will not be spared from criticism, whatever your situation.
