Tomato sauce is an important ingredient for fast food. In addition, tomato sauce has a role to play in enhancing the taste of many other foods.Tomato sauce is rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A works not only for the eyes, but also for the skin, bones and teeth. Regular consumption of tomato sauce improves digestion. It prevents constipation and diarrhea.Tomato sauce is to play with any food, especially with a delicious grill or breakfast. And if that tomato sauce is homemade, then it is more palatable and healthier.
So let's see how to make the sauce
ingredients:-
Tomato
Salt
Red chilli powder
Sugar
Cornflour
Vinegar
With this little ingredient you can make delicious tomato sauce.
How to make this sauce:-
step :-1
To make the tomato sauce, I first took 1 kg of fresh red tomatoes. I have washed them well in clean water and cut them into small pieces with the help of a knife.And steam the tomatoes with water in a pot. As if the tomato is very soft.
Step:-2
Once fully cooked, take it out of the
stove and let it cool. And you have to paste the tomatoes made with the help of a blender. So that many are smooth.
Step:-3
After blending, take the tomato juice in a pan and put it back in the oven. And the sauce should be cooked over a slow fire in the stove. It needs to be heated and boiled.And you have to salt it to taste.
Step :-4
After the salt is mixed, red chilli powder should be given in moderation. You have to give sugar to taste. Wait until the sugar and red chilli powder are mixed. And boil the tomato sauce well.
Step :-5
Now for the convenience of preservation, I will mix three tablespoons of cornflour with 11/2 tablespoons of water and pour it in tomato sauce.
Step:-6
Then before removing the sauce from the stove, I will give 1 tablespoon of vinegar so that it stays good for many days.Now I will take the sauce out of the stove, cool it and fill it in a bottle.
This way you can easily make tasty hot tomato sauce.
