Saludos amigos de este hermoso grupo a Dios gracias por los alimentos, la salud y la vida que nos regala, hoy les voy hablas de la parrilla que realizo mi esposo para el compartir de mi hija.
Yesterday my husband prepared the grill for my daughter's birthday, he prepared the delicious meat that I took to the grill after seasoning it with the following ingredients, marinade, salt to taste, liquefied allinios such as cilantro, garlic, onion and a touch of moataza, we let it rest for 3 hours and then take it to the grill in brazar and to taste the delicious meat that we enjoyed accompanied by a delicious salad of purple cabbage, white cabbage, carrots, cassava and what can not miss the exquisites that gives the taste to all meats as it is said in my country the guasacaca prepared with the same ingredients such as cilantro, garlic, onion, oil, vinegar, salt to taste and a touch of mayonnaise and this is what is added to the meat after grilling it.
En el dia de ayer mi esposo preparo la parrilla para el compartir de mi hija que esta de cumpleaños, el preparo la deliciosa carne que llevo a la parrilla despues de sazonarla con los siguientes ingredientes, adobo, sal al gusto,alinios licuados como cilantro, ajo, cebolla y un toque de moataza la dejamos reposar por 3 horas para luego llevarla a la parrilla en brazar y poder azar la deliciosa de carne que difrutamos acompañada de una deliciosa ensalada de repollo morado,repollo blanco, zanahoria, casabe y lo que no puede faltar la exquisites que le da el gusto a todas las carnes como se le dice en mi pais la guasacaca preparada de alinios igual como el cilantro,ajo, cebolla, aceite, vinagre, sal al gusto y un toque de mayonesa y esto es lo que se le agrega a la carne despues de asarla
