Sometimes, we feel we don't have enough time to get things done, but the problem is not lack of time it is the lack of time management skills. It is not innate to be good with managing time, so you don't have to feel bad. The good news is that it can be learnt and by extension boost your productivity.
In order to increase your productivity it is advisable to always set a timer for each of your tasks for the day. Estimate the required time that it will take you to finish the task and set a timer. It is quite easy with a timer app that can be downloaded on smartphones and computers. Setting a timer helps you to keep track of time and not miss out on your scheduled tasks for the day, week or month.

Futhermore, you've got to get rid of all forms of distraction no matter how minute it may be. Distractions may include phone, bar of chocolate, drinks, multiple tabs opened on your computer etc. Distractions can hinder you from making progress and make you spend longer time to conclude what should have ordinarily taken a short period of time.
Trust me, your level of productivity would be stagnant if you do not love what you do. You need to embrace, love and admire what you do if you aim to be productive - it is the ultimate secret to increasing productivity. If you confirmed that you are really in love with what you do, then definitely you'd make progress and the progress could be further propelled by priortize your tasks in order of importance. Ensure you finish the important ones first and fall back on the less important ones.
We shall conclude on these tips on being productive in this new month in my next posts. Stay tuned.
