Cyberpunk D&D
CyberMage is a hybrid system based on D&D v2.0 rules before it got complex. Wanting it to be more story and role playing based and less about numbers, calculations, etc.
The future
The setting: The year is 2084 where many have magic-like abilities (psionics). All the cool things about the world have increased. So have all the shitty. More inventions. More corruption. More riches. More poverty. More laws. More individual power.
Psionics
As mentioned above: many have discovered they have a skill called "psionics," which is the ability to manipulate space/time in a metaphysical way. Think telekinesis and telepathy. It also turns out that genetic tinkering, radiation, drugs, and certain foods have caused mutations to occur where creatures similar to orcs, elves, faeries, etc. now exist.
Be what you want
The character you play can be anything from a mouth farting "Jock Salesman" satyr to a depressed control freak "Goth" robot. The only limit is your imagination!

A few of the more fun details
Choosing a race
You can mix and match up to 2 races. For example, a Catadapt might be 75% human and 25% feline DNA. For the sake of playability and fairness, your character must be humanoid-sized; anywhere between 3 feet tall to 7 feet tall. For example, if you choose to be half dragon, you may have the scales and other attributes of a dragon, but all sized down depending on whatever other race you pick, to fit within the 3-7 foot constraint.
Issues
Everyone has an issue, whether you want to admit it or not. In CyberMage, during character creation, you pick from a list of issues (or make up your own). You might have three issues, like Control freak addict amputee. For each issue, you get 20 extra skill points to put into your skills.
Dice
In the interest of efficiency and simplicity, instead of 20-sided, 12-sided, 10-sided, 8-sided, 6-sided, and 4-sided, we use only one die; the 10-sided, because everything is a percentage.
Levels
Unlike D&D, there are no levels or experience points. Repetitive use a skill will increase the points you have in that skill; number and frequency to be determined by the DM (GM).
Finally, there's more and...
You can find it all in the documents I linked to above. They are "living" documents that I'll constantly be changing. The spreadsheet, saved as an xlsx file, is fully compatible with the free Libre Office suite. Be sure to notice all the tabs along the bottom of that document, which eve include sample character sheets. You may notice that this is the actual sheet I used to manage the first three sessions I GM'd this game. Speaking of that game, look here in this community for when I publish the story notes; a blow by blow account of that campaign.
The gear guide doc file is also compatible with Libre Office.
Finally finally
Let me know if you think of anything! This game - though fully functional - is still in development! I can easily add/change/remove rules, gear, classes, skills, races, etc!
