Hey everyone
All of us have different coping mechanisms when it comes to dealing with anxiety. There are a number of things which I use or turn to when I get anxious. .
I turn to music as it has that sonorous and soothing impact on our demeanour. It is my go to option.
Second, I go for a walk which keeps my body and mind sharp enough to deal with such thoughts.
Third, I give myself a treat of spending time with kids. They do cheer me up. The smile of a kid is so powerful.
Fourth, I hangout with my friends when I feel low
