Hello again Newbies! Some days ago, I already gave you your the "final" task, but I wanted to include this extra task. First of all, I want to say that this task is completely optional, but I would like to let you know about this activity that it's celebrated every month.
The Hive Power Up Day is the first of every month. Many Hivers join and celebrate this day by powering up Hive. Some Hivers power up only 10 Hive, while others have powered up to 40,000 or even more. Everyone can decide how much Hive they want to invest.
Powering up Hive is important because it helps us grow, increases our influence in Hive, and makes our upvotes bigger.

¡Hola de nuevo Newbies! Hace unos días, ya les di su la tarea "final", pero quería incluir esta tarea extra. Antes de nada, quiero decir que esta tarea es completamente opcional, pero me gustaría que conocieras esta actividad que se celebra cada mes.
El Hive Power Up es el día primero de cada mes. Muchos Hivers se unen y celebran este día haciendo power up de Hive. Algunos Hivers hacen power up de sólo 10 Hive, mientras que otros lo han hecho de hasta 40,000 o incluso más. Cada uno puede decidir cuánto Hive quiere invertir.
Hacer Power Up de Hive es importante porque nos ayuda a crecer, aumenta nuestra influencia en Hive y hace que nuestros votos sean más grandes.
How do you Power Up Hive?
Making a power up is pretty simple. If you are using Peakd.com and have some Hive available, you can click on the little arrow beside the "Send" button and select the Power Up option. After you have done this, you can choose the amount that you want to Power Up and confirm the transaction.
If you only have HBD available, you will need to convert or trade your HBD to HIVE. You can do this in the internal market. Check this post for a quick tutorial. Please reach out to me on Discord (eddiespino [Aliento]#2240) if you have questions about this.

¿Cómo se un Hive Power Up?
Hacer un power up es bastante simple. Si estás usando Peakd.com y tienes algo de Hive disponible, puedes hacer clic en la flechita que está al lado del botón "Enviar" ("Send") y seleccionar la opción de Power Up. Una vez hecho esto, puedes elegir la cantidad que con la que quieres hacer power up y confirmas la transacción.
Si sólo tienes HBD disponibles, tendrás que convertir o cambiar tus HBD a HIVE. Puedes hacerlo en el mercado interno. Consulta este post para ver un rápido tutorial. Si tienes preguntas, puedes ponerte en contacto conmigo en Discord (eddiespino [Aliento]#2240).

As I said, this task is completely optional, but I highly encourage you to participate. You don't have to make a post for this task if you don't want, but you can make the #hpud post, more details about that on @traciyork and @victoriabsb posts that I shared above.
If you decide that you want to be a Hiver for the long run, this activity will help you grow and become a good influence in the community.

Como he dicho, esta tarea es totalmente opcional, pero les animo encarecidamente a participar. No tienes que hacer un post para esta tarea si no lo desean, pero puedes hacer el post #hpud, más detalles sobre eso en los posts de @traciyork y @victoriabsb que compartí arriba.
Si decides que quieres ser un Hiver a largo plazo, esta actividad te ayudará a crecer y ser una buena influencia en la comunidad.
