Goal Setting Is Important
I read these types of posts all of the time... and I really enjoy reading them and seeing people's progress. I myself, have never done a post showing my progress on the blockchain and I kind of regret it. I know that I am growing stake, but I don't know where I was 1 month ago or 1 year ago. That changes now.
I am going to start keeping track of this, mostly for myself, but also for your motivation!
Hive Power
This is in my opinion the most important one. In order to transact on the Hive Blockchain, aka, LEO, POB, Dunk, or your favourite tribe, you need Hive Power. It is not a big deal right now, but when (and I do say when) the traffic on the blockchain increases 100x, resource credits will be at a premium and the more Hive Power you hold, the more access you have to resource credits. The more RC's you have access to, the more you can transact on the blockchain.
It also shows that you care about the ecosystem as a whole. To be a POB whale with no Hive Power, to me, shows a disconnect. I know that there are others that disagree with me, and that is fine, I am going to continue to grow my Hive Power. Here is where I am at where I am going.

Proof of Brain Power!
I am very bullish on this project. I think that the community has proven undoubtedly that we are going to take this project to where it needs to go to be successful. There is a bumpy road ahead no doubt, but this is crypto... get used to it. Long term, POB is one I want to build and hold. At the end of the year, I want to have 10,000 POB staked, in order to do that, I will need to be up to 7000 by August. I see distribution hitting more users and ultimately reward numbers coming down for everyone. That said, the rate that we are all earning now, will be slowing down in the coming months.

LEO Power / bridge stake
I think that LEO is an amazing project that continues to grow and develop. I am very confident in the long term success of this project. I am hoping that it holds off from climbing for the next little while. I powered down my LEO to go "all in" on CUB as I see CUB moving up soon. I plan on getting back into LEO as CUB begins to get back to where it belongs (hint: moon). I'm hoping that I can get back into LEO at a low price, but I am not holding my breath. So, as you can see, the goal for the end of the year foretells that I will need to make some serious market buys. The price of LEO at the time of these market buys will determine which goal I reach at the end of the year. I want to support the LEO bridge and have LEO power for the blogging side of things, this goal combines the two (or 4 - WLEO, BLEO, PLEO LEO stakes)

DUNK
It is a new tribe. I love it as much as I love the game of basketball. I am going to grow my stake on @dunksocial until the end of the year and see where I get. My goal is to just carry on with the tribe and let the stake grow organically while making some lowball bids to get more. I have a goal and I am excited to get there.

Bee
I have some ideas kicking around to get more involved on the blockchain and tribes. I am not quite sure where I want to go with this yet, but I plan on building up my BEE supply just in case. It takes 5500 BEE to build a full on functioning tribe with staking and a front end, and I would like to at least be able to have that option. I don't see the use case of BEE going away and therefore, even if I don't create my own token or tribe moving forward, I would like the option before it becomes something out of reach, which it easily could by the end of the year.

Cub
I want to maintain my whale status on CUB. I plan on moving a bit of CUB when people wake up sometime on CUB's ascent to the moon, but I plan on holding onto 0.1% of the total CUB supply long term. I see this as a life changing asset to hold in such large quantities and I plan on reaping those benefits for years to come. That being said, I put in a lot of my other holdings that I want, but don't currently have, to ride the CUB Elevator up. I plan on purchasing those assets back, LEO being one of them, when CUB does what it came here to do (hint: moon).
Current total: 0.24% of total supply
Long term goal: 0.1% of total supply of CUB.
Fiat
I plan on getting myself into a better position with Fiat. I would like to buy a nice house, have no debt and make things a little bit easier for me and my family. I am fairly confident that I can reach all of these goals while taking some profit to get my fiat life in better order. This one will be a bit tougher to orchestrate, but I see it as very possible, especially considering that most of these assets are paying dividends.
Let's see where I am in August!
