Based on my own personal experience , I noticed that I sometimes do get distracted and that sometimes make me forget some certain goals or make me not to be determined to achieve those goals so I realized that it is very important for me to keep remembering my goals until i achieve them and I have to make sure that I prevent distractions that might stop me from aiming for those goals.
So I started creating a kind of diary where I wrote all my goals and how I plan to achieve the goals , so I turned it into a habit to check the diary frequently and it acts as a reminder that I still have alot of goals which are not achieved and i needed to achieve them..
Whenever I have achieved a goal I will quickly go to the diary and tick the goal which I have achieved and now focus on the remaining goals that needs to be achieved , the process might look childish to some people but it worked for me and I am glad I followed the process..
