Your addictions enslave you, just like they enslave many other people, and that's not a shame, it's just an incentive for you to find a way to break free of it. So today the post is about that.
You should stop smoking, you should stop being a slave to addiction. I know that, at first, it can be a very difficult thing to deal with (after all, it can be years or even decades of addiction or simple mania), but self-control is essential to stay healthy.
When I say that “you should stop smoking”, I'm not just talking about cigarettes, but also the pollution of big cities, aerosols, insecticides, the toxic smoke that permeates us. You have to get away from smoke, alcohol, drugs, everything that makes you sick. Free yourself from your addictions.
Look at Netflix for example. Ok, man, I also like to watch movies and series, but the time you spend in front of a TV or a computer to watch a movie that you often regret after 15 minutes of starting to watch it, you could be spending taking a course, doing physical exercises or even reading a book. But you're there, watching a movie you don't really like, just to kill time.
Look for what is bad for you and cut it out of your life, especially addictions, which give you pleasure at the cost of your physical or mental health. Nothing at the cost of your sanity or peace of mind is worth it, even if it's a moment of intense pleasure. Remember: you are not a slave to your vices.
Take back the reins of your life. Spare your vices, and follow your life with your head held high.

Você deveria parar de fumar, deveria deixar de ser escravo do vício. Sei que, no início, pode ser uma coisa muito difícil de se lidar (afinal podem ser anos ou até décadas de dependência ou de simples mania), mas o autocontrole é essencial para se manter saudável .
Quando eu falo que “você deveria parar de fumar”, não estou falando apenas de cigarros, mas também da poluição das grandes cidades, dos aerosóis, dos inseticidas, da fumaça tóxica que nos permeia. Você tem que se afastar da fumaça, do álcool, das drogas, de tudo aquilo que te faz mal. Se liberte de seus vícios.
Olhe por exemplo a Netflix. Ok, cara, eu também gosto de assistir filmes e séries, mas o tempo que você está gastando na frente de uma TV ou de um computador para assistir um filme que muitas vezes você se arrependeu depois de 15 minutos de começar a assistir você poderia estar gastando fazendo um curso, fazendo exercícios físicos ou mesmo lendo um livro. Mas você está aí, assistindo um filme que não gosta de verdade, apenas para matar tempo.
Procure aquilo que te faz mal e corte da sua vida, principalmente os vícios, que te dão prazer ao custo de sua saúde física ou mental. Nada que custe sua sanidade ou paz de espírito vale a pena, mesmo que seja um momento de prazer intenso. Lembre-se: você não é escravo de seus vícios.
Tome novamente as rédeas de sua vida. Espante seus vícios, e siga sua vida de cabeça erguida.
