On CoinGecko the price is listed at about .66c right now while only at .56c on CoinBase and the rest of the exchanges have it listed a lot more as you can see below like .73c on Binance.
What is going on with NuCypher as I was looking for what the cause of the spike is I came across this tweet as well as the next one below it.
What do you guys think pump and dump?
Update: On Houbi Korea it is being traded for .82c compared to the .56c on CoinBase

It is blowing up and CoinBase is still off.
