Do you know how we can make everyone happy?
We can wipe the token and do another initial distribution right now.
How long will the happiness last?
I'll answer that for you. Until more people arrive.

This is the flaw in the Proof Of Brain-Delegated Proof Of Stake mashup. There will be no absolute fair distribution as the token/project grows.
Do you know why we're having lots of debates, dramas, and disputes, right now? Firstly, because I have the privilege to say what I feel without fear.
The prime reason?
Because we've grown exponentially and the initial token distribution doesn't cut it for the scale and experience of the platform that everyone wants.
Sunshine, rainbows, head in the sand.
Some of us have been trying to create a compounding middle class, right? That gets forgotten very easily.

We have multiple issues (and are by no means limited to);
- How do the larger stakeholders reward all of the good content?
- Some opinions and points of view gain more traction based on stake size (because not everyone thinks for themselves, people are motivated by different things* I'll get to this)
- Proof Of Brain's ideals are sacrificed due to compromises for growth and happiness amongst the crowd
What do these issues require?;
- Solutions to distribution (to plug the holes in the ship)
- Openness and debate
- Brainpower and creativity
- Innovation
- REALITY CHECKS

I dropped a comment on @vempromundo's post today amid a somewhat emotional frame of mind (check out my recent post about "my awakening", it might answer some present and future questions if you are sharp).
I've done a little bit of self-reflecting on the comment made, and I have to say; I regret nothing.
It's opened my eyes to the point of view of many people here on Proof Of Brain. They're motivated by fear. The rewards are for survival, and when this is threatened, the claws come out. It's human nature, and I don't have the experience to say I wouldn't act the same way.
Because I am privileged, I don't rely on POB to eat.
But let's hold on a second...
POB has been active for 3 months now? Give or take? Am I wrong to say that some people here are privileged because they can earn a living on POB?
Because someone can earn a living, does that eradicate all elements of greed?
Here is where the cogs in the brain start whirring, and people realise how easily the true purpose of Proof Of Brain gets endangered within this flawed system because of the need to survive.

DPoS destroys the weak-minded.
I've got minimal experience in this space, but I've spoken with people who have more. They are people who are their true genuine selves without fear. They say their mind and chuckle at the naivety present.
If Proof Of Brain is not Proof Of Brain, it will crash, burn, fail, burn, crash, sink, and explode.
Right now, we have some level of diplomacy.
There are discussions and some debates (or pointless dramas, as some like to state), which have opened some eyes, changed some behaviours, and ended up shining light or dark on some users. Is that a bad thing? What's the opposite? Complete chaos and no direction or expression?
Obviously, this isn't a black and white issue. It takes intelligence to understand this.

We're all human.
Open your minds to possibilities and stop getting caught up on the "downsides" of conflict and open, honest communication. If you cannot allow yourself to express your thoughts and feelings, then you are a prisoner. Not only to the platform but to yourself.
The people who are afraid of this (generally) are the people who are surviving. That is a fucking shame, but it's the world we live in. I am not coming across as empathetic here in the slightest, although my point directs at the ideals and culture of Proof Of Brain, not personally at any given member of the community.
I'm also going to touch some nerves with the following question in this context... what did you do before POB? That is the initial question people need to be asking themselves, then some introspective thinking is required and a couple of blunt questions to yourself asking;
"What is the main reason why I am on Proof Of Brain? Does my reason line up with the ideals behind Proof Of Brain?"
This is where the divide is.
The debate doesn't even begin if you can't answer the questions above honestly to yourself.
If people want to get insert word here at this content, I'd say the post was a glowing success.
(I'm still working on this "speaking my raw emotionally charged mind" technique though. It's quite freeing, even if it does make me come across as a right prick)
shout out to @mykos, @vempromundo, and others for the inspiration
Don't forget to write your post for this week's POB Word of the Week!
There is 800 POB (delegations) up for grabs.
