Have you ever stopped doing something or put it off because you feel you don't have the capacity to do it?

It happens that our thoughts sometimes limit us, paralyse us in our actions, then we feel frustrated at the thought of not being able to do it. It has been those words repeated over and over again by our close family circle responsible for our development of the personal dimensions of physicality, affectivity and character that continue to play havoc with our subconscious, reaffirming our supposed weaknesses instead of recreating our strengths.

Inside you, these beliefs of not being able to do, of not being able to achieve goals, have unfortunately been ingrained throughout your life and without realising it, you validate them, giving them a significant effect and they also become indestructible walls and barriers.
