So I have been leasing HP for such a long time. I can see that I have one from... Until now...
(The Delegations can't show right now apparently, but I have had raycoms's delegations for ages x))

It have always been profitable for me to lease HP since my APR have been around 14-15% for the most and the rest was made up for by my posts. This is was help me grow very fast.

But after the HF, the curation rewards is now "down" to 10-11% (It have sneakied up to almost 12%) APR and I pay around 13% APR for my leases, so its not really profitable anymore to lease HP as far as I can tell.
But I really don't want to powerdown.

One of the reason why I have been able to continue to pay for my leases is because of the dividends I get from varies Tokens but always from the Delegations I have. They still pay out 13% APR but for how long, since their APR is also around 10-11%?

It might also just be worth it to power everything up at the moment or swap my Hive for Cub so I can grow that DeFi! :D

The best thing about having a lot of HP, is that you can support alot of people here with somewhat of a meaningful vote :D

I will properly let a few of my delegations run out and use the Hive for Cub instead.
