Greetings all. This post is long over due, I have been quite busy With a lot lately. I'm glad I didn't miss the deadline. This is me, your favorite storyteller officially applying for the newbie's initiative.

Here are some key things you need to know about me.
I love telling stories, I could tell stories basically out of anything; pictures, words, or anything I see around me. With each passing day, my passion for writing and storytelling evolves.
Also I love making new friends and learning their opinion on different topics and I love me a good joke that makes me laugh and stay happy. Honestly, hive has a lot of those.
My journey on hive has been quite fun. I have met so many people, learnt a whole lot as well. Hive has really helped me improve my writing in so many ways. So far on hive I have gotten to reputation 59 with 172HP.
When I heard of the platform, I was a bit scared to join because I thought one can only be successful when you talk about crypto and business, I am not so good in talking about those. I was glad when I realized that the hive had varieties of communities to accommodate any type of blogger on the platform.
Aside from being a storyteller, I also venture into topics concerning nature from time to time. Though I try to put a touch of a story in my posts. Besides It Is Not A Storyteller's Post Without A Story." I'm really glad that I met communities like #freewriters #theinkwell #proofofbrain #ecotrain because they have made sure that I never lack prompts or motivation to tell a story.
Let's Talk About Why I Want To Join The Newbies Initiative.
When I was few weeks old on hive, I saw some posts from the previous participants of the newbies initiative and it reminded me of my days as a student of the uptrennd university led my our captain @dreemsteem. Remembering these moments and knowing all the benefits I got from a similar program made me vow to join the initiative whenever it came up again and Viola, here we are.
Another reason is the fact that I have been on a mission to improve my writing in any way I can. I believe this initiative will help in that aspect. I'd definitely love to build my account and be a better blogger and of course learn from those who have spent more time on the platform.
I almost forgot. I'm also in this for the love of badges. I don't know how often badges are issued on the initiative, but I'm loving my first badge already. Check it ou😊
