As a LAST MINUTE bit of fun, we decided to NOT take a break during our normal "break week" and toss in some giggles with #ComedyOpenMic! And I hope you all had fun reading the funny stories that were entered into the Port for our break from the break!
We are DEFINITELY going to have more fun with Comedy Open Mic in the future - but we will give them our full spotlight for a month in the future - because who can't use more giggles?? 😂

For the month of February...
We are going to be GOING GREEN.
Don't worry... I am the Grim Reaper of the Garden!!! Seems like everything that I try to plant stages a coup against me and dies a horrible death JUST TO PREVENT me from eating fresh fruits and veggies. Clearly - their is mutiny afoot!! But every once in a while, I can keep one little plant alive and thriving!
And we are inviting you to try to do that same thing for the month of February!
Did you know that when elderly people take care of a plant, they actually have better health and improved moods than their friends who DON'T garden? true!
Did you know that when children garden it actually ENCOURAGES them to eat healthier? true!
Did you know that when pregnant women garden, it increases the chances that the babies in their womb will grow to have superpowers with x-ray vision and the ability to fly? not true at all! But just making sure that you're still paying attention!
Green is soooooo good for us! And for ONE hard-working, post-writing, creative-thinking Dreemer this month - GREEN is gonna have another meaning that they'll love!
