It all started when men began to rain praises on him. He was beautiful-a word that was used to describe him by men, he had long hair, dark and sparkling, which could weigh 1000 pounds on a scale. Pride began to creep in as men referred to him as a god "you could rule better than your father" they poisoned his innocent mind. Lying on his cozy bed one night, the thought of all that men had said about him flashed his memories, "this could be true, I can actually rule better than my father" he said, "I'm most loved by the people, I have the physique of a king, if the king is dead, the people wouldn't hesitate to install me in that position" he added. The kingdom that was once peaceful was visited by wahala as rebellion was planted in the heart of Arthur, the king's son.
Arthur sought to kill the king, his father. He had put a council of twelve elders who would crown him king once his father was no more. The father, Aristotle had defiled a law which was known only by his trusted chief man, and the gods who are all knowing. The gods had brought down problems in his household through Arthur that were about to shatter the peace Aristotle had enjoyed for 50 years. Aristotle hearing the News of Arthur's plan to kill him ran into hiding. He lost his joy as he ate no more from his king's table, but ate from the fruit of the trees in the wilderness. He knew the gods were fighting against him for that one act of carelessness. A king great and mighty running into hiding, he couldn't stand to kill his soul but hoped the gods will take the curse off him.
Arthur went around boasting as king while he sought the life of the king. He walked around in the attires and robes of the king as those in his council rain praises on him. But his heart was still not at peace as long as his father was alive, which still hindered him from being crowned as a king. It was 5 years and still in the haunt and while his father was still in hiding.
"I have seen your father in the wilderness of Tao, if you can make it quickly, you'll be beheaded before he makes it far" a stranger said to him. Quickly Arthur dressed his horse, took a spear and headed toward the wilderness of dagger. He had gotten to Tao when Arthur realized he had run into a battlefield, an unfortunate journey he thought. He never made it out alive.
