Now, what happens to all of us when we get used to a way of being and acting? when we believe that everything we do is the best and, although we know that many times our routines and habits are bad for us, we resist to modify them. Is it then that we become animals of habit, leaving aside our rational being? I firmly believe that in most cases we get used to what we believe is good for us and we make it our comfort zone and as time goes by we make it our routine, our life, forgetting that we are and have much more.

There are customs that are familiar and are passed from generation to generation, others that are cultural and some that are part of the social groups to which we belong or believe we belong. Not all of our customs are good for us or for others. Therefore, we should analyze if our habits are the most adequate for the establishment of healthy relationships, especially with ourselves. The fact that we have our own or inherited habits that have become a habit does not mean that we cannot change them when they are no longer good for us or for those around us. Let us remember that we are rational beings and our intelligence must serve to modify, transform and mutate, especially when it comes to being happy in full harmony.
