There is a phrase that says: "If you don't like something, change it", as simple as that, think and evaluate a job change. La pregunta a la que todos deseamos hallar respuestas: ¿Cómo lidiamos con este tipo de ambientes?.
Hay una frase que dice: "Si algo no te gusta, cambialo", tan sencillo como eso, piensa y evalúa un cambio de trabajo. Si hemos llegado a la conclusión que en el trabajo en el que estamos somos afectados física y emocionalmente, entonces actuemos de inmediato y comencemos la búsqueda de un nuevo empleo. Confiemos en que podemos estar mucho mejor en un nuevo trabajo, un nuevo ambiente laboral.
Si por el momento no llegaste a tomar la determinación de cambiar de trabajo, lo que puedes hacer de forma inmediata es identificar minuciosamente aquellas personas tóxicas y comenzar a distanciarte, hazlo de manera cautelosa y diplomática, puedes crear muchas excusas válidas para tal caso. En lugar de rodearte o compartir esos espacios comunes en que se reúnen ese tipo de personas chismosas o conflictivas, puedes optar por salir a una plaza o salir de la oficina a dar unos pasos para oxigenarte y recargar energías. Seguramente muchos te preguntarán porqué no compartes, es tu oportunidad se ser sincero de manera respetuosa y exponer lo que no te gusta o no te conviene.
Otra actividad que puedes realizar para lidiar con esto mientras sigas en el mismo trabajo tóxico es apuntarte o realizar alguna actividad relajante desestresante que te haga olvidar el día de trabajo, puedes comenzar clases de estudios, gimnasio, o cualquier actividad que demande concentración y te permita desconectarte del ambiente laboral tóxico.
Quizás lo menos recomendado pero que SI puede traer buenos resultados, es utilizar este ambiente laboral tóxico como escuela, aquí es un excelente lugar para poner a prueba las habilidades sociales, la inteligencia emocional, la empatía, etc. En estos ambientes puedes aprender a lidiar con la personas, puedes aprender a mediar y establecer la paz en medio de los conflictos. La personas pueden tenerte como referente de alguien acertivo y que busca el bienestar de todos a pesar de las cualidades personales de cada uno, puedes desarrollar la habilidad de ver lo positivo de cada persona y potenciarlo, a la larga puedes transformar el ambiente tóxico a y ambiente laboral de crecimiento, de colaboración y sobretodo un espacio donde los trabajadores deseen estar.
