Greetings all. I hope you all are having a great day. I need a little help. For some days, I have been trying to onboard a friend of mine to hive, but I keep hitting a dead end. At first I thought I was getting it wrong, probably due to my busy schedule. I had my friend come over, this way we might tackle the problem together.

First we checked the #hiveonboard which has been showing this message for a while now:
"Service Unvailable
We are currently out of account creation tickets. Check back later or use signup.hive.io for other account creation options."

We went on to try ecency. Everything was displaying perfectly, but then after entering your details and click on sign up, a certain message appears saying "Low ip score." I have no idea what that means.
The next options were #Hivewallet, #blocktrades and #inji. I actually don't know how anyhose work, but I decided to give blocktrades a try. At first everything was going perfectly fine on block trades, the pages displayed clearly, we registered for an account easily, the hive keys were sent to us email. I was happy that I finally helped my friend to create a hive account. The problem is that when we used the keys to log into proofofbrain.io, ecency, hive.blog and other frontends, it kept reading "Account does not exist." This got me really confused. I checked the keys over and over to make sure I was entering the right keys. We tried all keys. Owner, active, posting and master keys, none of them worked.

I faced similar difficulties when I was trying to create my account, a friend of mine advised me to register via #3speak and request for my keys after wards. I did that and it worked. I decided to use 3speak for my friend as well, it turned out that there have been a little change on 3speak. A notice on the sign up page read;
"In order to claim the keys for the Hive account associated with your 3speak account you must post at least one video."

The only problem here is that I can't find a way to upload the video as required. I really want to help my friend create an account on hive, but I am out of options.

I decided to put this out in the open asking for your help. I don't know the right people to tag or the right place to lay my complaint. So I'm asking, "DO YOU KNOW HOW TO CREATE A NEW HIVE ACCOUNT?"
