Like most advertisements on television, my condition gradually recovered quickly and after I recovered I concluded and connected myself why my illness was not getting better even though I had taken lots of medicine.
Drugs are boosters while nutrients and vitamins are what our body needs most, that's why we often hear of people getting sick due to malnutrition.
Several months ago my son caught typhus. Typhoid is not a contagious disease but it all happens because of a diet that contains nutrients and vitamins.
I cannot deny that it is very difficult for my child to eat vegetables and fruits which are high in antioxidants. My child only likes to eat dry food like fried chicken, sausages and fried tempeh.
