Nowadays, it’s very easy to make a cake, and there are many people who prefer to go out and eat a cake full of things that don’t really nourish. On this occasion, I want to share with you a cake made with lots of love, using whole wheat flour, two bananas, five eggs, 150 g of sugar, and 150 g of flour.
At some point, I’ve told you how cakes are made—or at least how I make them. It’s a healthy, affordable, and nutritious way to prepare a delicious snack for our children.
You need to beat the egg whites separately with half of the 150 g of sugar, then in another bowl beat the remaining sugar with the yolks. Next, add the whole wheat flour and the fruit of your choice—in this case, banana. Finally, mix all the ingredients together.
Before starting this whole process, preheat the oven to the lowest temperature so the cake bakes slowly.
And there you have it—a delicious, nutritious cake to share with the family.

Hoy en día es muy fácil hacer una torta y hay muchas personas que prefieren ir y comerse una torta llena de cosas que no alimentan en esta ocasión les vengo a presentar una torta hecha con mucho amor de harina integral dos bananas cinco huevos 150 g de azúcar y 150 g de harina.
En alguna oportunidad les comenté cómo se preparan las tortas o por lo menos cómo la preparo yo, es una idea sana económica y nutritiva de poder hacerle a nuestros hijos una merienda rica.
Hay que batir las claras de los huevos aparte con la mitad de esos 150 g de azúcar, luego batir en otro bol el restante del azúcar con la yema. Luego se incorpora la harina integral y la fruta deseada en este caso banana, y para finalizar se mezclan todos los ingredientes.
Previamente a todo este proceso hay que calentar el horno en temperatura mínima para que se cocine lentamente.
Y listo tenemos una rica torta nutritiva para poder compartir en familia.
