The fact is that Learning from the life itself is actually the greatest thing which we can really do for ourselves.
You may think that what's the big deal about it? Everyone lives and learns from their life.
Well...that's not true.
Can't you remember any occasion when you did the same mistake, even you promised yourself this will not happen again?
Don't feel guilty, if so. But sure learn from it.
Ahh...my life is full of regrets. I have learned how to not feel regret anymore about the past and roll on smoothly. But still, those were my mistakes and I have no shame accepting them.
I choose the wrong person so many times, as a friend or as a partner. But I learned my lessons. Now when I look back, I see a different me. And you know what? This is where we become different. When we choose to learn, change ourselves for the better; we become a better human.

You have to put a lot of intentional effort not just when you take big decisions but also in everyday life. While you talk with anyone, while you choose to deal with anything. Never forget to remind yourself, what happened earlier and how can you save yourself.
Learning life lessons is like a puzzle, you will still do mistakes. But try suffering it, rearrange a little bit and you can find what is best for you.
