As we see, new users are coming to POB/LEO every day. Yeah, that means that POB/LEO is a great platform, community growth is so fast on POB/LEO. So it won't surprise us if we always see new users in POB/LEO. But even so, I'm sure there will be differences between new users and users who have been in POB/LEO for a long time. I will write a little difference between new users and long time users in POB/LEO, these are just my thoughts on this.
New user in POB/LEO
New users will get a little reward when they just publish some posts on POB/LEO. But that doesn't mean new users won't get a lot of rewards, the rewards depend on how quality the new users are to make posts.
New users won't always be noticed by curators, but that doesn't mean curators don't read your posts. The curator just wants to see how consistently you try to make quality posts on POB/LEO. And how consistently you comment on other users' posts. So to get the attention of the curator, you should try to be consistent in POB/LEO.
Curators don't really trust new users, because curators don't want to reward plagiarized posts. But that doesn't mean new users won't get a reward from the curator, it just depends on how quality the posts you make are.
Users who have been in POB/LEO for a long time
Users who have been on POB/LEO for a long time will get more rewards than new users, even though sometimes their posts are not too quality. Because they have been in POB/LEO for a long time to help the growth of the community and platform.
Users who have been in POB/LEO for a long time will get more attention from the curator. Because they have worked hard to consistently make posts and comments before. So users who have been in POB/LEO for a long time will always be noticed by curators, because curators value their consistent things before.
The curator will trust users who have been in POB/LEO for a long time. Curators will not worry when rewarding their posts, because curators are sure that their posts are not plagiarized. But yeah for the reward it also depends on how quality they are to make the post.
So the point of everything I wrote above is consistent, even though what I wrote above is long. The most valuable is only one word for new users, namely consistent.
