Life Lessons We Can Learn From The Lion 🦁 || Part 1 and Life Lessons We Can Learn From The Lion 🦁 || The Lion's Pride || Part 2
Rest is healthy for the body
Lions spend a lot of time resting. Lions spend the most of their time sleeping and relaxing after a successful hunt and sometimes a tasty meal. This aids their bodies in recharging their energy, which will come in handy later. Because the lion gets enough rest, it is alert and attentive when awake, able to detect danger or hunt for prey.
Lesson Learnt From This
Your body requires adequate rest in order to recharge and recoup from the stress we place on it. Isn't it true that when you wake up from a good night's sleep, you feel refreshed and energized? Your mental acuity has improved, and you can better coordinate your movements. People's troubles have been exacerbated by a lack of sleep. For example, several road accidents occur when a driver falls asleep behind the wheel.
Headaches and other physical problems might result from a lack of rest. The list goes on and on. So, be fair to yourself and give your body the rest it requires. Getting proper rest, like the lion, is critical to achieving significant victories in life.
Conclusion
Our body need proper rest to be able to function very well, we need enough rest to recharge/renew our energy. Just like the Lion whenever they came back from hunting they take a proper rest and allow their energy to recharge back to it's fullness.
Rest is very important factor, it helps the brain to refresh and stay calm.
