What a great channel you've brought us, Satiro or Santiago... Hahaha, it's a really good channel. I've known about it for a while, and each and every one of their videos and performances is fabulous. They make you laugh so much, and there's a lot of production behind it, as well as comedy that's believable and resonates with people.
It's normal that you can't choose just one or two videos because they're all so good, each with a different theme and a lot of creativity in their production. They always make me laugh. I discovered the channel through my brother, who watches a lot more comedy videos, and I'm grateful to him for that.

The upside-down apple cake is also one of my favourites, and it's true that if you make it with red apples, it's much sweeter. I prefer green or yellow apples, like you. That cinnamon trick isn't bad at all; it gives it a unique flavour, but don't overdo it. Your sponge cake turned out fluffy; the oven plays an important role in that.
And yes, the excuse of having a few cups of mate with a delicious cake like this is ideal for turning on the oven and staying warm in winter. I used to do the same thing. You've brought back many memories with this recipe. The step-by-step instructions are very well explained and accompanied by detailed photographs.

It couldn't have been any other way; such natural beauty must have been created for the goddess Aphrodite and be home to beautiful mermaids. I imagine that mythology in my mind and it seems spectacular to me.
It is a paradise, with crystal clear, pure water, although you have to be careful when entering it. I suppose the rocks are a bit slippery, but it is a place worth visiting and enjoying, preferably at times when there are few people around. Thank you very much for bringing us this spectacular place with such incredible photos.
